Th Lucky Store by me had Lucky jeans for 49.50 on sale, like half price +..  til Black Friday.  (worth looking into).

You might be a size 26/2  thats what I fit in and my hips are a 32.  I'm 5'7.5 I got regular legnth.  (thy had short and long).

Good Luck!  If you hav a Lucky Brand store try them out, it is a good price.

On my 'off day'  i still do/take a walk.  I don't see the harm in walking on your off days.  But I only do maybe 25 miles a week of running (not an hour a day!!!)

But i do walk 2 miles with my mom most days in addition to running in the mornings.

If your knee is bugging you a off day couldn't hurt.

Yeah Vitamins made me nauseous and sweaty to boot, I don't think having them on an empty stomach helps.
Now I take a Rx vitamin, Strovite advanced, no nausea!!

A size 25 or 26 is tidy, a nice small size.  I'm sure you look good if you fit in a 25/0.

yesterday in mile three this thread popped through my mind =)

i let my mind drift, i can think many different things in one run.  i also think about what i need to do that day like yesterday i was thinking what i needed at the store.

i also think where will this run bring me towards weekly mileage.

Is that 7.5 calories for the 7.5/325 mg percocet.  what if you get the oxycontin there is no tylenol in that it must be less calories.

mapmyrun.com also has a workout calculator under tools it can give you a calorie burn -you map out the miles the plug in your weight and height and the time it took you - it will estimate the calories burned.  you can enter walking or running.

I have lost weight when I was younger without working out.  Now at 39 I find I need at least a half hour to maintain my weight.  But I do like running.

BOCA chilli. I thought it came with more than 1 container in the package because it was so low cal.  but it was one big bowl for 150 calories.  I added 4 diced baby carrots and half a red pepper diced it was very filling.  I plan on buying it again.

Good luck.  Also Boca burgers are 70 cals for the vegan ones.

I used to go tanning and get tanned at the beach til my mom got a melanoma.  She got it removed and was lucky it was only stage one.  Now I use mystic tanning spray.

Although a beautiful glow looks lovely it does age the skin and increase the risk of skin cancer.  I'll stick to the spray.

well i just had BOCA CHILI.  150cals 1gm fat 12fiber 20g protien (650 sodium)

but when i bought it i was thinking it would be more than one container bc it seemed low enough calorie but it was one big one.  i was suprised, quite filling! i added 4 diced baby carrots (20 cals) and less then half a pepper diced (15 cals)  ttl - 185 cals for dinner w/o the added veggie it was still 150!!

when i stress fractured i went to spin class (and the eliptical) i was also doing body pump i didn't gain weight.  and i went back to running at a quicker pace i think from body pump and spin classes.

that is great!  i can see my hip bones again and i'm thrilled!  collarbone too.

i've always had high cheek bones.

running and surfing (i'm adding swimming to the surfing to come up with biking also then i would try to do a tri.  i lack in ocean swimming.

or maybe i should rethink my priorities and get food gathering and boat building exercises with running to stay in shape?

Edit:  Swimming, Running to get food, Boat Building to get off the island (consider that strenth training).  And if i need to swim at leaset I've been doing it.

For me I did go down a few more pounds under my set goal, I liked the extra "wiggle" room.  Just makes me feel more 'safe'.

I think as with someone who is underweight it is their job to make the patient aware of it and the health complications at a younger age it should be addressed with the parents.  and for a teenager (they should be asked if they want the parents to consult) if it isn't resolving itself by next visit it should be addressed with the parents.  Healthy low fat, lower sugar, lower calorie solutions of more veggies and fruits, lean meats, whole wheat breads/pastas should be suggested in addition to more activity/exercise most days of the week.  As an underweight patient would be advised to eat more healthy and greater calories.

Don't get upet get more active, eat more healthy don't go too drastic and in several months when you've lost weight you will be happy he did bring it up.

Then your sort of zig zagging your calories and as long as your not totally over then under eating I think it all averages out.
I personally look at my months average in the analysis as I look at my weight in the trend line.

Switching from a calorie a day to inhaling Nitrous Oxide might help, Zero calories a wonderful replacement to food have that three times a day, this should kill munchies.  Plus there are no calories that may infact be in a pill.  You should drop the weight fast.

When I started I saw no loss until I added exercise.  And only a half an hour a day of walking did the trick.

Either way it was only a week for you, sometimes I found weight would drop in chunks (2or3) of pounds at once rather then a pound at a time.

So keep trying and good luck.
