Here's the way I do it,

-Crack three eggs into a bowl

-Poke yolks with knife

-Cover with plastic (helps to cook)

-Cook for about 2-3 mins (less or more depending on # of eggs)

Foods Still Confused About Fiber One/Fibre 1 Jan 09 2009

Yep, I'm pretty sure it's true, I've seen it discussed in the forums before. Our bodies can't digest the dietary insoluble fiber, but the label depends on the country.

In canada, I think the nutirition label is not allowed to subtract the calories from dietary fiber (4 cal/gram) whereas here in the U.S. the calories from dietary fiber are subtracted.

The Hershey website says 180 for the bars, but I think i'll take everybody's advice and go for the higher count.

I've seen the bars with 220 calories, but the bars I bought today say 180 and the hershey's website says 180 calories. I'm a little confused. I guess I'll go with the 220.

Here's usually what i get:

-Oatmeal (old fashioned and quaker instant(healthy ones only))

-Kashi cereal bars/granola bars

-Nature's Own Whole Grain Wheat Bread

-Martins 100% Whole grain potato Bread

-Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt

-Apples/bananas

-Tea

-Lean meats (chicken/turkey)

-Cereal (plain cheerios/fiber one, something decent...lol)

-Healthy canned soups (moderate amts of sodium preferably)

Alot of this stuff is packaged as I have little time to cook (college student)

There may be some more, but this is what I could think of immediately, hope this helps :)

Foods Will I really lose weight if I drink more water? Dec 19 2008

Original Post by driftpsychosis:

Drinking water does make you 'lose weight' in a way.

It sort of helps in bowel movement. You may lose some weight by flushing out the toxins in your system.

i'd say that's about right, I've noticed that when i increase my water/liquid intake, it definitely helps flush out the toxins/wutever else my body stores thus making me feel less bloated....

The package says per 18g serving packet. The difference doesn't bother me, it just made me wonder if either of these numbers is even correct.

It is definitely worth ordering online!, It's much better than Better N' Better Peanut Butter. It's great for adding that peanut butter taste without all the calories, the only downside I can foresee is that it won't hold together for long, I think you have to eat it in a couple hours, so i recommend you keep regular peanut butter like Naturally more  peanut butter with flax oil (the fats are good for you too!) if you plan on preparing food ahead of time.
