Here's the way I do it, -Crack three eggs into a bowl -Poke yolks with knife -Cover with plastic (helps to cook) -Cook for about 2-3 mins (less or more depending on # of eggs) |

Yep, I'm pretty sure it's true, I've seen it discussed in the forums before. Our bodies can't digest the dietary insoluble fiber, but the label depends on the country. |

In canada, I think the nutirition label is not allowed to subtract the calories from dietary fiber (4 cal/gram) whereas here in the U.S. the calories from dietary fiber are subtracted. |

I've seen the bars with 220 calories, but the bars I bought today say 180 and the hershey's website says 180 calories. I'm a little confused. I guess I'll go with the 220. |

Original Post by driftpsychosis: i'd say that's about right, I've noticed that when i increase my water/liquid intake, it definitely helps flush out the toxins/wutever else my body stores thus making me feel less bloated.... |

The package says per 18g serving packet. The difference doesn't bother me, it just made me wonder if either of these numbers is even correct. |

It is definitely worth ordering online!, It's much better than Better N' Better Peanut Butter. It's great for adding that peanut butter taste without all the calories, the only downside I can foresee is that it won't hold together for long, I think you have to eat it in a couple hours, so i recommend you keep regular peanut butter like Naturally more peanut butter with flax oil (the fats are good for you too!) if you plan on preparing food ahead of time. |
