It is odd because my pants are feeling a bit looser. I have been eating much better. Try to bring my lunch everyday and eating good food. I do not eat big meals because I can tell my stomach has shrunk but I do get hungry throught the day so I take light snacks like nuts and dried fruits and sometime crackers. I also drink lots of water about 4 to 5 glasses a day. |

Thanks everyone for all your great thoughts. I will raise my calorie count to make sure I am getting like vicki8seekers said around 2100 to 2300 kals. It does seem like there is a fine line between losing and gaining. Just changing my food choices have helped a ton (pun). I do like to exercise so that is not the issue. I have really focused on riding the bikes and trainers and still continue with the light weights. I am very determined and this is a great site and I appreciate all the helpful ideas and support. |

Thank you both for your responses. I looked up a BMR calculator and interesting enough it said 2154k with out any exercise. WOW, so it is possible to gain weight because I am storing fat due to not eating enough calories per day? |

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
