oh please this kind of article pisses me off cause they don't do their homework, i have lost 70 lbs since october counting so how is that getting fatter? |

Mine has to be disappointment and disillusion. The other day I was at my uncle's house and my uncle was talking about how good I look and I was laughing and trying not to blush so I made a joke about wasn’t I pretty before and then he's like NO you weren't. That hurt me so much and it did make me realize that looks are such a fake thing and before I wasn’t worthy of being call pretty and it just makes me so angry. I'm still dieting but not to be called hot or anything like that but to be healthy and feel OK with my own skin and body but whenever I hear someone say something about looks all I can think is I’m still me inside 280 lbs. or 130 lbs and that people who put such value in looks just makes me sad. |

My problem is the opposite, i keep losing pant sizes but i haven't lost any top sizes, I was a 2x and while stretch 1x kind of fit me, normal 1x doesn't, but i have lost 4 pant size. I'm not mad but frustrated cause every time i try a top i get very depress. |

Thank you everyone for all your comment and support, I do agree I got kind of greedy and desperate and tried too much too fast, I am going back to the 10 m daily cause not only does it kick my metabolism but give me energy for the day that no depression pill gives me and I wont raise the amount I do until I truly need it. |

well I'm eating pretty much the same thing as before only in moderation, i think part of my problem is that i raised the amount of exercise while lowering the amount of calories but before the change i was losing 2 lb weekly, i think i am eating too little cause we can count our burn lost but can anyone count our metabolism lost? That's why i decided to go back to 10m 5 days medium HIIT instead of my current 20m 3 day high HIIT. |

my whole diet is a 'so what', i simple refused to stop eating what i like and i still get an A and eat 40 carb 30 protein 30 fat and love it, I really dont think i've ever eating better in my life. |

God, i did this last Wednesday, i made spaghetti for my mom and after seeing her eating i had a bowl with some Parmesan Romano cheese, it was nasty but i just had this need to stuff my face no matter what it was, yesterday the same thing happen i had a craving to stuff my face with anything didn't care but thankfully i didn't give in, i honestly don't know what it is but it sucks. |

I also have OCD and I tried one day weighting the food and it lasted until lunch, I became too obsessive, right now I'm obsess with the scale, I've been loosing 2 lb weekly and one week I didn't when I knew I should have, I was getting very depressed so I just stopped myself and thought of a solution, I would just put what I weighted and wont worry about what I lost, and this is really working. Sometimes We (people with OCD) have to stop and just will it out of us. What I do is I put in a paper everything I eat and the amount and cals it has, also eat single servings, and with meat I usually just eat one, weight everything new once so the next time you can eyeball it, I also have a food journal so I know what I ate and I make it one week in advance so I'm not anxious.
This is just some of the things I do so my OCD doesn’t get in the way of my weight loss. |

I started with 280 and i've been loosing 2 lbs weekly, 4 weeks ago i upped my exercise time and lost even more so i change my diet and this last Thursday i weighted my self and i was at 257.6 and i didn't over eat for the rest of the week so its something keeping my weight down. |

I do this too and plan for the week ahead, it help keeps me focus and since I have tight budget it also help making sure I buy thing I'll need only. |

I also kind of don't count, I did make a check list of the calories of stuff i eat and now I know much i eat in a day but don't weight or measure, its easier, I go crazy when i measure, I tried it one day and lasted till lunch. |

i go on the websites of the places i like and look for the calories and allow my self 500 cals and if i go where there is no info i eat small amount of meat and a grain, for me a cheat meal is eating out but i try not to go over my cals. |

Eat every 2 hours, this is what i do, i start at 8 am and finish at 8 pm and im never hungry. i actually started with a 10 pm as well but now i dont need it. |

1600, I'm actually kind of shocked, i thought i had more but what i did was skipped my two night snacks and i was fine, I'm so glad cause i had a second helping of mash potato with gravy, it was just too good. |

I'm having 6 oz of turkey breast, 3 oz of mashed potato and 3 oz of corn, with a 1/2 tbsp of gravy and 1 tbsp of butter. In all 450 cals. |

wow i just got goosebumps, when i started the diet and saw how little veggies i like i decided to drink a v8 for dinner. I can still tasted in my mouth, it was so horrible after that i planned to buy once a week a veggie and try to create a way for me to eat it but I've forgot. |

I actually read that sprinting is the best, that if you spring 50 - 100 miles your metabolism goes crazy for 2 to 3 days. I wish i could sprint. I also do interval training, i don't think it help in the losing so much as the upping the metabolism. But it is consider high aerobics so its the one to loose more cals. |

to claire, i know its not a good diet but like i mention i am a very picky eater and no matter how much i tried there is not a single healthy veggie i like, and i hate anything that has oats. so my options are very limited and i try to do what i can with it and do keep it within my cals. |

I counted the first day but now i don't count but i do weight my meats and grains and shredded cheese, everything else i have it memorize, i just get obsess and i don't enjoy the food as much but i know for a fact I'm eating 1900 to 2000 daily. |

i know this all too well, i have some temper and when i get mad or sad while diets i always give up and say to hell with everything but now with this diet every time i get mad i always tell myself "I will not give up" a couple of time and then i feel better. Next time you go shopping with your friends just think that soon you'll be skinny too and if you look in a mirror try to see the differences, i never can but its fun to know its there. the last time i went to a mall before the diet i saw myself in the glass walls and i though how huge i was but now even if i can't see it i know its there. |

I have two cheat days, Saturdays i have mom's home food for dinner, greasy Cuban food, love it, and on Sundays I either eat lunch somewhere or eat my aunt's bad food. but i always stay within my cals but never pass maintenance cals. |

i also was thinking about buying but i prefer a gym since you have way more stuff but i dont work or study or do anything so its easy for me. What you need to decide is if its convinient in time, if you have time for it and the price. If you have the time and money then do it, i think its better cause you can get a personal trainer that could help you with what you need. |

my advice is to find thing you love and mix and match days. I eat toast with cream cheese and strawberry preserved Mondays and Fridays, Eggs with a mini bagel and either a piece of ham, bacon or link sausage on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday then i have milk cereal and yogurt on Saturday and Sunday. trust me i never get tired and i look forward to fave days. |

i have 2 treat days, on Saturday at lunch i have my mom's homemade food followed but a veggie salad at dinner to balance and Sundays at lunch i eat out though no sodas just water and nothing big and i follow it with a fruit salad for dinner. |
