Hi, I have the same problem , I lost 10 pounds the first two weeks and then: nothing. I continue, maybe it is just a plateau ,maybe stick to the diet for another month to see... Be sure to not shock your body when you switch to a low calories diet. Begin with only an apple, then 4 days after 1/2 slice of whole wheat bread. You have to go really slowly whan you go back to low cal diet ( count around 2-3 months to your normal calories diet)
