Peanut butter shake

3 tbsp vanilla protein powder (you can use chocolate or any flavor you want)

1 tbsp peanut butter (I use jiff)

8 oz skim milk

crushed ice (about a cup full)

2 packets splenda

Blend baby blend.  On days I need a chocolate fix, I squirt one small squirt of hershey chocolate syrup in) but honestly most days it is good without it.

It takes good and is filling, I eat this for breakfast now.

Zumba is awesome.....you have to try it.  I do zumba on my optional cardio days also, love it.  My hubby loves to watch me do it too. ;)

Great idea dramaqun, we should recap for the newbie love2hatetreamills

I started my weightloss journey on September 30th, 2008.  I started out at 180 pounds and was barely fitting into size 16 pants.  I wore baggie clothes so I looked like I probably wore a size 20.  I started out by calorie counting only, then added small exercise in.  I lost about 20 pounds by doing that and then in March 2009 (when I weighted 160 pounds and was still in a size 16), I decided it was time to step things up a notch, and I started P90X.  I followed the plan to a "T", eating the correct servings of protein, carbs, fat, etc each day as layed out in the P90X plan.  I finished the program in June 2009, and I lost over 30 more pounds.  Woohoo!  I was down to 126.  And get this, a size 10 pants, some size 8's.  I have not been this weight since before high school was out.  I was estatic and I thought I would take a few weeks off, since I worked so hard and just needed a break.  Well my break equated to 9 pounds.  When I realized this as my weight hit 135 on the scale, I KNEW it was time to get back on a plan, since I was sorta sick of hearing Tony by this point, I decided to try Chalean out.  I started Chalean Extreme on Monday, August 3rd, and am down another 5 lbs, now weighing in at 130.  My goal is 110 by November.  If I reach this goal, my weight loss will be 70 lbs in 14 months.  To date I have lost 50 pounds, and I am up for the challenge and more determined than ever to reach my goal.  I am not giving up before the miracle as a fellow cc friend keeps reminding us all.  We are strong, we are dedicated, and we are going to be exactly who we want to be.  We will be able to wear red mini dresses and turn heads, we will make others want to join our fight, we are the ones to bring our friends and family into a healthier lifestyle on recipe at a time.  Good luck ladies!

CoolHey Alli.... so proud of you... coming back and doing it again... awesome...

Love2--- congrats on having the courage to change.. P90x will definitely help you do that.

My history (for Love2) and report.. I started on CC at 207 in March... have a lot to lose, and am settled on a year committement to do it.. I am a trained dancer and very strong, so I needed to do something challenging... never had done an at home program... couldn't pass the fit test when I bought P90 about 2 years ago.. then did walking from jan to March...and could pass it.. in May began P90x doubles.. (had setback of pneumonia, but still committed to doing program).. Aug 1 I FINISHED P90X doubles... 91 workouts in 90 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost 13 pounds... 12 1/2 inches... mostly off butt and bust..JUST DO IT! ... Modify any move you are insecure about... and push where you can... ALWAYS STRETCH PROPERLY...stick to a calorie limit.. and keep nutrition HIGH...DRINK TONS OF WATER... and you can do it!!

REPORT: Today I start second round of P90x... I am going to do classic only this week... and next week add a Turbo Jam workout for fun (I should receive it end of this week) ... but I do need that resistance training... and I really like the work P90 does for me there... so I am keeping that going...

Last week I pretty much rested..had, for first time, some sciatica ... so needed to pay attention to healing that... and I believe I have.. did P90x stretch and cardio x yesterday (being careful with myself) and came out great... and two other days I did cardio x... and did some intense snorkeling in the ocean... but that was it on my rest week... so I am ready to begin anew....

Friday is my bday.. and my weight goal ... 139 I hope to reach by then  in 2010... we;ll see... you guys can't get rid of me....

LET's BRING IT!

 Great job....that is fantastic progress, you are doing awesome, keep working hard and eating right, you will reach your goal for sure.  I am confident of that.  If you ever get bored of P90X check chalean extreme out (same gal as from turbo jam), she does a ton of resistance training and strength training, and she does the weight training very slow, which makes a huge difference in the lifting process, it made the weights feel ten times heavier as you create your own resistance.

Monday morning weigh in....I am down 5 lbs after week 1 of chalean.  My total weight = 130.  Waist = 36.  Bust = 38.  My week consisted of working out 6 days, and eating clean according to her plan 6 days as well.  My body did not like my free day, I ate pizza and chocolate chip cookies, my body was not happy, and did not want that food in my body.  That is a good thing, to know my body wants to reject those foods.

Week 2 meal plan - From Chalean extreme

Breakfast

Peanut butter protein shake

(3 tsp vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup skim milk, ice, splenda) ----Delicious btw!

Snack

60 calorie lite and fit dannon yogurt and banana

Lunch

Salad with 3 oz chicken breast, a few sprays of 2 calorie per spray dressing, tomatoes, sprinkle of parmesan cheese, romain lettuce, green pepper

Snack

3 large shrimp with 2 tbsp coctail sauce

Dinner

chicken kabobs - red onion, chicken breast, tomato, red pepper

Let's hope week two is as good as week 1 was.

Do you ladies have room for one more?

I did my first session of p90x this morning with my husband and I think I am going to need some female support to push me through it.  OUCH!  I am positive it is the hardest work out I have ever done.   As thankful I am that my husband is supportive, he is in considerably better shape than I am.

Do you really see fast results?

 Welcome to the group, there is always room for one more on here.  It is the hardest program I have ever done also.  I lost 30 lbs on round 1 and tons of inches, yes you will see fast results if you follow the meal plan to a T and do every workout on classic.  I did extend phase 1 by a week and phase 2 by a week.  In phase 1 I lost 16 pounds.  I am not sure how much you have to lose, but I had a good bit to lose so I was not close to my goal weight, that would make a big difference.  If you thought day one was hard, brace yourself.  Day 2 is a bear, but you can do it and just do as much as you can, continue to "bring it" and make sure you stretch really good so you don't injure yourself.  I hurt my shoulder doing the pushups in phase 2, make sure you stretch them good.  If you have any questions, you came to the right place.  Sharpshooter is a pro at this program, she has gone through it several times.  I am now onto Chalean extreme (another beach body program) which is hard too but ran by a female and I just love her.  Not quite as intense as P90X but definately still tough.  I lost 5 lbs in the first week on this program already.   Good luck!  Keep in touch.

Ok yall...I have not been on in awhile and I am ashamed to say I have gained 9 lbs...ouch.  Not good.  However you will be proud to know that I am back and started Chalean on Sunday.  It is also a 90 day program very similar to p90x.  I needed a change after completing P90X round 1.  I plan to be back with the P90X again but am going to do Chalean first.

My eating plan for the Chalean week 1 (phase 1):

Breakfast

Veggie Scramble (consisting of 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg scrambled with 1/4 cup zuchini, 1/4 cup red onions, and 2-3 pieces of brocoli.)

Snack

(1) 1/2 inch slice of turkey pin wheel (consisting of whole wheat low carb tortilla, light whipped cream cheese, crushed red peppers, turkey breast, parsley and basil leaves - all rolled up and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.)

1 apple or banana

Lunch

4 oz southwest turkey burger on whole wheat flat bread

Snack

1/2 red, orange, green pepper and 1 string cheese stick

Dinner

4 oz lean sirloin sauted in non-fat olive oil cooking spray with 1/2 red onion, mushrooms.

It feels good to be back treating myself right again.  I took a few weeks off thinking I could maintain but really more cheating myself and not eating the way I should and not exercising the way I should.  It is ok though, not much damage done thus far.  I am at 135 and by the end of this next 90 day plan, I intend to be 110.  I can do this...25 pounds to go.  I will get there I will.

Off the wagon!  Trying to climb back on....

I'm in a slump...I haven't worked out in 4 days.  Haven't logged my food in 5 days.  I didn't eat well.... bad weekend!

I did start logging food today and I plan on working out tonight...if I don't come up with some excuse not to.  My neck/shoulder has been hurting and I have a therapy appointment after work.

I keep telling myself not to do this because its so hard to get back at it... the working out every night, the carb (Chips--4 100 cal packs!) withdrawals.

Is anybody else in the same predicament as me?

 I am with you...it is a constant and I mean constant struggle to keep at this.  I have been a major slacker lately with this whole thing.  I also hurt my shoulder and it makes doing the workouts so much harder.  I have to force myself to stick with this, just a little burnt out.  I also do not want to stop though, I do not want to undo all of the hard work.  I am so close to my goal...just 17 pounds away now.  Keep strong, we will have to keep encouraging one another on here.

Oh, ok, I see.

Well.  That def. has its good points.  Eating the things you like, just in moderation.  That's great.  That being said....

I really REALLY am a big believer now in eating clean.  Whole foods.  For example, breakfast, egg whites and old fashioned oatmeal, or a whole egg plus a few whites with fruit.  Lunch today was homemade curried lentils with almonds and green beans.  Dinner is going to be some kind of lean beef (I think it's bottom round but I'm not sure) with spinach salad and eggplant sauteed in a drizzle of olive oil.  My snackies today are a banana and some red pepper hummus.

Basically, if it didn't come from the ground, or had a mother, you don't wanna eat it.  This includes my beloved protein bars, but I sneak one in now & again.

 Great point about defining "eating clean".  Something to think about for sure.  no hydrogenated junk.  I had an oatmeal pancake for breakfast, banana for snack, chicken breast salad with honey sesame dressing (probably higher in calories than I should of had but it was good) snack = banana (again) and dinner tonight is going to be grilled lean pork chop.  I am looking forward to dinner, mmmm sounds so good today.  And tonight, I will work out ladies...I am back and ready to get more of this weight off.

I have a challenge for everyone....how about we have weekly weigh-in.  I think it will help keep us all on track and I will include measurements of waist and bust so that those you out there that are not losing weight but rather trying to tone will be able to see your progress also.

We can do our weekly weigh in on Monday's since that is typically the beginning of the workout week for mostly everyone.

Here is an example of a weigh in post:

Hi Everyone,

My measurements are:

Waist = 36

Bust = 37

Weight = 127

My progress was not as good this week because I did not follow my eating plan and slacked off considerably on the workout schedule.  Next week will be better!

Ok Ladies & Gents,

I am back...I have been struggling to get my workouts in.  I hurt my shoulder somehow doing P90X.  I am sure I did not stretch good enough or something but it is hard to do a lot of the work outs on Mon and Wed schedule and it has really been messing me up.  I need to get back on track, but I just am so out of it these days.  I need to keep logging on here so you all keep me motivated.  I am only down 1 lb since 6/11, but I know that I only have myself to blame for that.  I have not been following the meal plans to a T and I have not been exercising to a T, or as Tony would say.  I am not bringing it.  Thanks for the info on eating before workouts, I never knew that you should do that.  I need to get up in the morning and do my workouts then there will be no excuse, I will not be tired from my day.  I just have to force my butt out of bed, which will be a challenge.  I am down to 127 now.  Not bad since I started at 180, but I want to be 110, so I have so work to do to get there.  I will be starting P90X over after I finish this phase, I need to go through the fat burner stage again. I lost 17 lbs during that phase last time around.  Does anyone know if the second time around has similiar results or if it slows down a bit more.  Just curious.  I know during phase 1 last time, I ate 1650 calories and lost 3 lbs per week with 4 lbs a couple of weeks.  I am realistic in knowing that likely will not lose that much but I would be happy for 2 lbs a week again.

As for the fruit smoothie recipe

I use 8 oz skim milk, 3 TBSP protein powder (vanilla flavor), 1 glass full of ice, and 100 calories of fruit (banana, stawberry, raspberry, mango, whatever my mood calls for).  Blend it in the blender and enjoy....mmmmm really good. Approx calories 285

Thank you all for your commitment to this forum, we all encourage each other in so many ways and keep eachother on track.  Love ya all!

Allie

OK.....Me again.  I'm probably annoying all of you with all my questions!  I started last night!  I'm doing Classic, so I did chest and back.  It wasn't quite as bad as I thought it would be.  I did my push ups from my knees.  I have been doing normal push ups regularly over the past few months, but obviously not correctly, because I couldn't do them last night.  But, I've never used push up bars before.  I couldn't do them all, so I would just do regular ones while those were being done.  Can't do the incline at all and I was all over the place with the dive bombers.  I guess I'll have to go over a fence if I ever need to get to the other side!

Since I don't have my chip up bar yet, I used a band I have for that part.  Its not very resistant so I have to stand super far away from the door to feel it.  I used weights on the rest with no problems.

On the Ab ripper X.......um, no, couldn't do all that either.  Did about 10 of each and the ones I couldn't do at all I just did regular old fashioned crunches so I felt like I was doing something.  Is this how you all started?  I feel like I'm super uncoordinated and I shouldn't be doing this because I couldn't do it all correctly.  I'm going to keep trying though..... Undecided

 Congratulations for making it through day 1.  Day 2 is tougher but you can do it.  Stick with it, do as much as you can.  I am on phase 3 and still cannot do a lot of things, do not let that get to you.  Ab ripper is tough, I still cannot make it through the whole thing, but I am getting better with time you will too.

I  have read so many posts and it sounds like nobody likes yoga?  Is it really that bad?  Also, I am supposed to get the whole system on Monday.  The pull-up bar won't be here until Thursday.  Can I start the program without it?

You can use the exercise band attached to the door.

I am one of the yoga haters. I don't know why I don't like it---I have been doing yoga for years. It just seems really repetitive for the first 45 minutes. After the vinyasas in the first 45 minutes, things get ok. It is a good workout and you will sweat, but clearing your mind when you are bored is a real challenge.

 I hate the yoga also. I am not sure I ever cleared my mind during it.  I did the yoga x during phase 1 and then when I hit phase 2 and 3 I substiuted cardio x for yoga.  Tony from beach bodies recommended doing this for those of us that really hate yoga.

Thank you all so much!  I love this board everybody is so helpful.  One more thing.......

What plan is everybody doing?  I was thinking about Doubles or Lean.  I'm 30 years old, 5'3 and 154 lbs.  So I want to lean out and tone up.  I have been working out on weights with a trainer so, I think I want to continue lifting.  However, I do want to lose fat.  What do you think is the best way to go?

Thanks!

Candace

If you do not want to gorge on food when you get home the best thing to do is have a plan.  1 stalk of celery with 1 TBSP peanut butter is a good snack, you could pack to eat on the bus on your way home or even to eat when you get home.  You can prepare these ahead of time like on the weekend, wash the celery and cut each stalk and wrap each stalk in foil and put in refrigerator so you can just grab one.  The other plan would be to have healthy snacks when you get home such as lowfat yogurt, string cheese, banana etc.

I must say that your weight goal may be unrealistic for your height.  I am 5 ' 0 and my goal weight is 110.  If I were taller say, 5' 4, I think my goal weight would be higher probably more in the range of 120.  I think 15 pounds is too much for you to lose.

Good luck!  Keep eating 5 small meals a day and keep exercising and drinking water.

Allibee, where are you?

Yoga X today.  *shrug*  I cheated by going for a run first, then did about 45 minutes of yoga.  I'm sorry, I can only take so much of it...Wink

 I am still here, dealing with some personal stuff but am still here.  I must admit I have been slacking with my eating according to the plan, and last week I slacked a lot from the workouts.  I need to get focused, I figured since I am getting burnt out on the food from phase 2 and have already completed the normal 4 weeks anyhow, I started recovery this week and am going on to phase 3 next week.  The meal plan ideas look great, oatmeal pancake for breakfast, brocoli and cheese stuffed potato for lunch, and apple pork chops with sweet potato for dinner.  It sure beats my daily salad and evening turkey meatloaf.  Don't get me wrong the food is good, but it gets old after 30 days.  LOL

I am still losing, just not quite as fast.  I am down to 128 now.  52 lbs down since Oct, not bad. 28 pounds lost during P90X round 1.  yes I say round 1, because I have a hunch that after I complete phase 3, I will be doing this bad boy all over again.  I am so close to my goal weight now, I can do this.

For the newbies in the group, welcome friends.

I use 8 lb weights and 10 lb weights, as well as a resistance band.  I have an over the door pull up bar, that I attach my resistance bands to for the pull up portions.

Good luck everyone...continue to bring it.  Make Tony proud!

Well it is Friday so you all know what that means, time to weigh in!

I have to admit I was scared to weigh in this week, I only worked out once this week and slipped up on eating two times this week also.  I was afraid that I might not have lost anything, but fortunately, I am down 2 lbs.  I know I need to work harder next week though, two weeks in a row of slacking will definately lead to damage.

My measurements are:

Waist = 36

Bust = 37

Weight = 129

2 down this week.  I am so happy to finally be in the 120's.  Yeah.....I even wore two shirts this week from NY and company and they are get this....size small.  Yeah you heard me, no more 1X for me.   I am so happy, I do think the shirts were made a little big, so I am probably still only a med-large in most clothing, but it is nice to wear a size small once in awhile.  Keep up the hard work everyone, I am telling you, it is so worth it.  I need to keep focused, once you start to lose a nice amount it is so tempting to eat bad, you say well I am so much smaller now, what would it hurt, but it will hurt.  It is the bad habit that led me down this road to begin with.  It is going to be a lifelong struggle for me I am sure, but I know that I am a different person know, I know more facts about nutrician and what the lack of healthy eating habits can do to your body, health, and life.

Good morning everyone!

Thanks so much for all the warm welcomes!  Ya'll are awesome! :-)

I did Day One last night (Chest and Back), and I'm a little frustrated because I don't feel like I got a great work out since my upper body's so weak and I had to keep taking breaks.  Of course my arms are super sore today, but my chest and back? Not so much.  I tried to do as many of the modified moves as I could, but some of the modified moves were still super hard for me.  I actually fell on my face during the second round of divebombers! I just don't know that I'm coordinated enough for them.

Today is plyo, and while I'm kinda nervous after hearing so much about it, I'm also pretty excited. It sounds like the kind of thing I'll like a lot, assuming I can stumble my way through it!

Have a great day ladies! :-)

 It is ok if you can't do everything, just do the best you can, I will tell you by the end of the week you will muscles hurting in places you did not even know you had muscles.  Stick with it, fyi, I still cannot do alot of the stuff in the workouts, you just do the best you can don't be hard on yourself.  Good luck, let me know how plyo goes, I am anxious to hear how you like it.

 So sorry to hear about the jobs, what state are you in?  Keep focused, you can get through this.  Exercise is a great stress reliever.  Far better than any food.

So far so good- I've dropped 1.4pds in the past 2 days (water weight, I'm sure, but it's still nice to see them on a downward trend again).

Plyometrics looked easy at the beginning, but by the end of the hour, I probably  looked like a newborn giraffe stumbling around the living room.

2 down, 88 workouts to go

That's what I keep telling myself- after all, who can't do a measly 90 days? (another mantra to keep myself motivated)

Has anyone been on the beachbody.com or milliondollarbody.com sites? The million one is a way for them to make more money- you have to pay to join :(

 You know when I first started P90X I thought I was in it for the 90 days, but I ended up extending phase 1 a week, and I have extended phase 2 now for going on three weeks.  When you start losing, you will not mind extending.  Keep in mind, I was told that you can only extend phase 1 by one week, but phase 2 you can extend as long as you are losing and want to extend it.  Good luck.  I lost 4 lbs my first week, looks like you are on your way to that too.

Hi all!  Okay, so it looks like most of you ladies are fairly close to being done, but I'm planning to start P90X today and wanted to get advice/support from people who know best!

I started losing weight in Jan 2008 and since then I've lost about 70lbs, but I can't seem to get the last 10-15lbs off.  I've kinda skimmed through the posts here, and although I know P90X isn't a weight loss plan, what have ya'll who've lost weight done?  I definitely want to get in better shape, but I also REALLY want to hit my goal weight too... Advice?

Thanks guys! :-)

 Fear not, those of us that are almost done, likely will go through the program again to tone up.  I love this program, I lost 25 pounds on my own before starting this program and am beginning week 11 and have lost an additional 25 pounds.  If you follow the meal plan and do the exercises in order in the classic version, you will lose weight.  You have to follow the meal plan and do the exercises in order though, no cheating.  I am told the last 5-10 pounds is the hardest to lose, so this will likely be crucial to your success.  I have a friend that was alreay in great shape but decided to do the program to tone up, she was 118 and did not want to lose weight but rather tone.  She increased her calories and kept adjusting them so that she would not lose weight, overall she still lost 8 lbs doing this program.  She is now 108 and doing the program again.  She is definately my inspiration.  You can do it, and the first week of phase one and two will likely be tough, especially plyometrics, but if you stick with it, I guarentee you, you will actually enjoy working out.  This is something I never ever thought I would say.  I am down 50 lbs since my journey began in Oct.  I only wish I would have discovered P90X back in October instead of March 30th.  Good luck and welcome to the group!

Whoo hoo.  I hit my 50 lbs down mark today (25 of which I lost doing P90X).  I am beginning week 11 of P90X (still on phase 2 - I decided to extend phase 2 a few weeks before proceeding to phase 3).  Just wanted to drop a line since I am so excited, at the beginning of my journey I had 65-70 lbs to lose, now I only have 15-20 to lose yet.  Yes I can...I will be 110 or 115 lbs in the very near future.  Thank you all for the support, I could not do it without you all!

How many people out there don't enjoy yoga X? I dread it more than any other workout. Have any of you tried substituting for it? I thought about doing Cardio X or some other yoga program on occasion because I don't enjoy it at all. Any thoughts on the substitution? Thanks!

 I did yoga x during phase 1 and when I got to phase 2 I substituted cardio x in place of yoga.  I also hate yoga...cardio x will do it for warm up but that is not too bad, by the time the warm up is finished I am ready to move on to something else.  Hate yoga!  btw cardio x has been pretty instrumental in my weight loss I believe.  I am losing 3 lbs a week pretty faithfully during phase 2.  Good luck!

allibee you have impressive numbers every week! you must be working incredibly hard!

any tips/secrets to share with the rest of us?

 Well I have been at this weight loss since Oct ' 08.  In the beginning I only lost about a pound a week some weeks none.  I was only counting calories and was not doing the best at that even.  Then in February I started working out some, doing squats, running on a tread mill that I bought (saved up my money and purchased a used one on craigs list).  I lost about 25 lbs and on March 30th, 2009 I made a decision that has changed my life.  I began the P90X plan.  It is tough, you have to remain dedicated.  I work out 6 days a week, I eat the same thing every day for six days a week (meal plans according to the phase I am on with P90x).  One day a week I eat whatever I want, that is my free day.  Since doing this I have lost an additional 25 lbs, for a total of .....drum roll please!  50 pounds, yes I hit my 50 pound down mark today, yippee....I told myself that once I hit this mark I would treat myself to sushi (my favorite food that I have not had in over 10 weeks).  So needless to say, I will be having sushi for lunch one day this week.

I still have about 15-20 lbs to go, and I will be 110 or 115.  I am very short, at 5 '0 so I need to get down to 115 range to be within my healthy bmi range.  I am currently at 130, I can't believe that next week I will be in the 120's that is unbelievable to me.  I never thought I would get here and I am most certain that if I had not stepped up my game and started the P90X plan I may have been too discouraged by now and felt the need to slip up and eat what I think I want to eat.

Eating the same thing every day has been huge for me.  I needed to do this, to train myself that we eat to refuel not to gorge and enjoy.  Although I do enjoy a nice meal from time to time, my lunches and dinners every day do not consist of mmmmm what can I eat I am so hungry for this or that.  Now it is simply time to eat and I eat the same thing.  It really has taught me a lot.  I think this will be huge in my success at maintaining after I lose the weight I need to lose yet.

Another big thing for me was clothes, I would intentionally buy a shirt or pants that were too small.  (I would buy these at yard sales or thrift shops) It was huge motivation for me to lose, I could not wait to fit into those clothes.

You can do this, you have to live your entire day surrounded by your ultimate goal to lose, it will consume you but you will be successful if you constantly think about your goals and work hard toward them.  You can do this...do not give up.  You will be so glad you worked hard when you get to the place I am at, it is the most awesome feeling knowing your hard work has paid off and you are turning heads at work.  It is awesome!

My measurements are:

Waist = 36

Bust = 37

Weight = 131

2 down this week.  It would be more if I would not have gained over the weekend.  Oh well back on track now.  Next week I should be in the 120's I can't wait.  I had a coworker call me skinny minnie today, it felt so good.  I am by no means skinny yet, but I am definately looking nicer these days, it feels so good.

Hubby even did cardio x with me tonight.  I was impressed that he was interested in doing it with me.  It made me so happy.

That is great needtorun2, what a great accomplishment.  Keep up the great work.  I gained 1.5 lbs over the weekend, I knew I would, all of that food at the resort etc.  It is ok though, I am back on track again already.  This weeks weigh in likely will not be as good as the past few weeks.  I will be happy for one pound down this week since I have to lose the weight I gained over the weekend.  Good luck!  Where is everyone else with the weigh in's?  I hope everyone is doing good.  I miss you all!

Good Morning guys

My measurements are:

Waist = 36

Bust = 37

Weight = 133

I am down 3 lbs again this week.  I am excited for that.  I have been working out pretty hard and most muscles in my body are soar today.   This weekend will be rough for me, going away with hubby for our anniversary.  It will be hard to remain on track while away so I am going to enjoy the weekend with him and get right back on track next week when I come back.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day.

That is gret Kari.  Welcome to the group jakenwilma.  I am finishing up week 8.  I am going to extend phase 2.  I am told if you are having success losing weight that it is perfectly fine to extend phase 2 a few weeks, I am going to extend it at least one week and go from there.  I will check in on Sunday with my weightloss for this week, so far I am down 2 lbs this week.
