He was a great writer. I loved a ton of books and movie spinoffs(jurassic parks, sphere, congo, rising sun, etc. It's too bad he was a right wing quack off. |

I've been struggling with that lately a lot too. I'm curious if people come up with much for easy low-sodium main vegetarian courses. |

| Vegetarian | What's the worst that could happen if you don't get enough protein? | Nov 05 2008 03:33 (UTC) |

I don't know why people act like its so hard to get protein as vegetarian/vegan...It's really easy. I range from 55 to even 100 g/day but I am vegetarian not vegan..as vegan, maybe explore soy burger products..some are vegan , I am aware of. Even some stuff at Taco Bell can be vegan (i.e. corn shells w/ bean filling.) |

Original Post by kissingdisparity: I totally agree. I don't know how I can ever live without soy meats again. ^_^ |

Morningstar, in every regard! The alternative burgers like the spicy black bean and tamato basil are amazing. |

5 years. Anti-animal cruelty, world hunger, pollution..? Selfish reasons too like weight loss or just choosing not to digest animal flesh. |

whole soy is good but its hard to get away from sugar in fruit based yogurts. you could always make your own homemade soy yogurt but that is a pain. |

OK, you don't want carbs.. but you want protein. OK, I'm with the guy who dislikes people who label themselves vegetarian but eat fish/etc. It DOES confuse people because I face people who misunderstand what vegetarian means EVERY DAY. Anyways, I recommend :

I don't think it is legally required for companies to reveal nutritional information in alcohol(don't ask me why). I found it here though -
