Breakfast- Bowl of reduced sugar frosted flakes w/ milk, apple

Lunch- Ham n' cheese sammich on ww, multigrain sunships, grapes

Snack- Mini bar of 72% dark chocolate

Dinner- 2 fresco style tacos, greenbeans, and baked tortilla chips

Snack- Fat free mint chocolate chip ice cream

I'm done trying to gain weightt~ :]

Edit- That's about 1700 calories;;

When I was trying to lose weight I would eat salads without dressing even though I didn't like it.

  • Sweet potatoes. Sweet and vegetables don't just go well together.
  • I second on the grape nuts. Their soo bland and gross tasting.
  • Cabbage. As saurkraut it's just WRONG! :P
  • Melon family. Such as ; watermelon, cantelope, honey melon dew, ect. I just could never like it! They taste bland also and very gross too me.

Tinasaur: Same here! Yesterday it wouldn't stop snowing! :]

Brekkie:

  • Oatmeal made w/ reduced fat milk, bananachips, cinnamon, vanilla spice, honey, and topped with raisin bran

Morning Snack:

  • Vanilla yogurt w/ honey

Lunch:

  • Spaghetti + Parmesan

Afternoon Snack:

  • Apple w/ PB
  • Glass of whole milk

Dinner:

  • 2 slices of cheese pizza w/ sweet peppers and mushrooms
  • Broccoli w/ butter

Snack:

  • ALOT! of popcorn w/ a dash of salt

Hii people ; do you think 98 lbs would be a healthy weight for someone 13 and 5'1? ^___^ (Currently 94.5 ; fast at gaining I guess)

Brekkie:
1 serving of fiber one raisin bran flakes mixed w/ 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 4 squares of green&blacks 70% dark choccie
Tangerine
Lunch:
PB+Blueberry Jam sammich on WG w/ out the crusts
1 serving of cheddar goldfish crackers
Nonfat light'n'fit blueberry yogurt
Afternoon Snack:
Honey wheat bagel w/ a TBSP. of SF raspberry preserves
Dinner:
Big bowl of spaghetti (homemade spaghetti sauce, rigitoni, ravioli w/ cheese) + parmesan cheese
Dessert:
Glass of whole milk w/ 2 TBSP. of choccie syrup
4 pieces of cherry licorice ; I HATE LICORICE! It's really gross... D:

AHHHH! >O< I WANT TO QUIT SUGAR SO BAD!
I really do D:
But ; sugar is in my house EVERYWHERE, and I just love sweet food! Any ideas
on how to quit refined sugar (most of the time, anyway)?

On the good side ; my dad and mum said my body looks good and that I don't need to gain weight anymore! Yay! I said after I gained all my weight that I wouldn't go on this site anymore..but it's really addicting. ;P

My teacher (who is 32) loves twilight! She saw the movie and said it was awesome and that Edward was hot..lawls.

Never read the book and i'm not planning on reading it. I love fantasy, but i'm just not really into the romance vampire kind'of thing ;P

Lunch:

Cinnamon raisin bagel w/ all natural PB+Jam
Small fruit salad ; grapes, pineapple chunks, apple slices, banana coins, kiwi

Dinner:

Wrap stuffed w/ homemade hummus, spicy peppers, lettuce, cucumber, and grilled chicken strips
Side of baked french fries and black beans

or;

BIG bowl of (MY MOM'S ONLY) spaghetti w/ alot of parmesan cheese

Dessert:
Dark choccie ice cream w/ hot dark choccie fudge and rainbow sprinkles :]

Yum! (Though..I have like a million favorite meals ; so, this is just one of them)
