I've used a cream with vitamin E for the strechmarks which I got from growing up and it helped a little. There are probably many types of it in your country and there should be some which aren't expensive.

Thanks susiecue,

and I've noticed this about the PMSing too, but that's not the case here. I am pretty sure it has to do something whit the exercising.

Thank you all for your answers. I will add planks to my workout, I didn't know it could be useful to my stomach. About the water I already drink a lot of it, actually sometimes it helps me avoid cravings. And I calculated my body fat % and it's 21%. I hope that these thing that I'm already doing will lower it. While I was calculating it I noticed that some of my measurements have improved, so I'll keep doing this workout with the planks added but how long do you think it will be till there is some more visible result?

Thank you for your answer. I'm interested in maintaining my weight and I just asked because I was curious. And about walking it's just a part of my life-I walk to and back from school which is not very close to my home and other places I need to go, it's not just an exercise.
