Thanks everyone. It really helps to hear that what I feel is legitimate, and I think I'm going to try talking to her this weekend. You guys have all been so helpful and nice about everything, and it's making me feel better about trying to fix this, so thanks again! |

ive been really wanting to get into bikram yoga but im scared of it because ive only done hatha and pilates before..is it okay to do in the morning or will it kill me for the day? |

this is totally the group for me! im 5 ft9 and wiegh about 145 lbs and want to be 135lbs. my weight has yo-yo'd everywhere from 160 to 139. I really want to make it to my goal this time. what have you guys been doing to reach your goal? how much do you guys work out? |
