But should so, should I continue eating by routine until I reach my weight? or just when Im hungry?
Another question, my periods hasnt come back. How could i make it come back? What would helP? |

The total opposite has happened to be recently. Ive began refeding last June, but.. let says it become real refeding on Dic. Since Dic. I was hungry every 2-3 hours, or dependin to what i ate in less time. But this has changed since April my hunger has reduced lots. In my appointment wiht the bnutrionist of April I didnt gain any way (I was in that time 48kgs). Then in my appointment of May I did gain, but the only problem is that I also grew 3 cms. So that meaned that according to my heaight i needed to weight more. So my new goal was not 51kg but 54kg. My hunger has reduced so much that I have to forced myself to eat my moring snack at around 11! I had reduced a lot of my eating, my luches are some day just sandiwcihs. I try my best to reach at least 2 200 calories per day.. But just like from June to Dic is always imposible. I WANT TO GET HUNGRY AGAIN! I MISS BEIGN HINGRY! HELPP ME PLEASE.. PD: I think i may have lost 1-2kgs again.Im 14 years old, height 166cm and my current weight 51kg (or maybe 50-49kgs becuz the posible kgs i may have losT). |

So today I´m finally reach 2500+!! Proudd ! And my new goal for this week is to dont count my calories.. any advice on how to stop counting? Congratss all! Your making HUGE steps...! Let beat thiss ED! |

Thanks for your suggestions. I should think about taking my uch form home.. I wonder if anyone knows how many cups is 1 oz of elbow pasta? I need to know how many calories was my lunch but i measure it cups not in oz and I cant find nutrional info in cups.. |

I ate a medium piece of lsagna (fear food) with 2 slices of french bread.. Ate an cup of ice cream, cherry mani with vainilla light.. feeling hell guilty because I think that Im reaching 3000 calories today! So somehow my mminds is teloing to eat a salda or just a cream for supper...HELPP! |

This day have been awesome..since chirtmas Ive been eating fairly good, reaching at leat my minium of 1800, but the good thing is that Im eating dessert! Almost all the dayss... Is that a problem? Im afraid that I somehow thiink that eating dessert would make me like used to it so I would not be able to maintain then... |

TODAY I ATE 7 chirtsmas COOKIES AND AN APPLE ON MY AFERTNOON SNACK...:s... I couldnt stop eating.. they were jus increidible...I am Afraid of eating like this ...because well i would not stop eating when I come to my weight :S! But I Know its good for me to eat ... so Im trying to foregt all my thougts on ED

Hey I need some help...I went out dinning and dont now how many calories my food had...Please give some estimations. I ate a crepe of cheese (problay mozarella) and spinach.. It had some spicnahc on the top also... It would be great to know how much calories you guys think this have, so i can now how many i need to reach my goal.. thanks! |

Hey Everyone I havent posted for a while.. I have a question about snack..How many should i be eaten? How many calories should my snacks have? Right now Im eating two snacks, one at the morning and one at afertnoon. The calories they have vary between 130-170. Should I continue like this? Or should I pur them more calories? |

Hey guys..Im new with all of this.. So I just wnated to posted what i ate tofay, so you can comment on it.. I dont now it is good or bad... Breakfast 1 cup of Finesse Low-Calorie Oatmeal 1 "tortilla" ( "toritlla" is the bread where the tacos are put" 1 slice of chesse Half cup Watermelon Snack Blackberry Juice Cereal Bar Lunch Chicken Fillet Aprox. 3 quarters cup of rice Salad with cucumber and lettuce Watermelon Water Snack 170g. Low calorie Finesse Yogurt 2 strawberries Dinner 1 bowl of Cambells vegtable soup Chicken breats Blackberry Juice And I wnat to add that I drink 3 times a day Ensoy (protein) and anorthe suplement which is called Nutren. |
