I've been too busy to even lurk lately! yay werk!

I love pasty!  I might have to make some very soon.  Been promising my friend from MI some for about a year.

I have a lovely steel gray hole punch that would be a great companion for a quality stapler.  Or a good bludgeoning instrument if you want to whack someone.

I plan to friend all the chat peeps I am missing today if the non-work issue continues.  Please show me some love.

I am will be doing AP reconciliations for a company trying to come out of bankruptcy.  Or whatever else they want me to do.  Its a temp job hopfully until Jan.

I am not considered high risk to get any flu shot right now, since both are in short supply.  I'm not in contact with any of the high risk groups anyway.

It will probably be Feb before I can even think of getting the shot, and unless it is free I won't be getting it.  I am unemployed and have no insurance and that $25 could buy me groceries.

I DO wash my hands frequently and all the other stuff they are recommending to avoid getting sick.

I also got severance when I was laid off and still collected unemployment.  There is no way I would have signed something if I thought it would interfere with unemployment.

How 'bout I save you some grief and tell you who NOT to move with?  Stay far, far FAR away from Grabel.  We had an absolutely horrible experience with them.

It has been a half dozen years or so, but had a better-than-average experience with Stevens on one of our moves. 

 

I second the stay away form Grabel vote.  They weren't terrible, but they did lose a few of my things and told me for almost two months that I would have them 'in the next few days'.
