Hi, Im jami.  You remind me of this comedian. Anyway, congrats on your victory.  Have to start somewhere.  Chinese is tricky.  It sounds healthy with all those veggies but it really is hard to make a good choice.  What did you have.

I have a stocked walkin closet of size 4's. and like two 6's all the way up to 14 in two's.  Thats when I called it quits Im down 6 pounds not quite a size but I refuse to buy anything bigger and some of my 12's would actually hurt with cut lines. So im just going to wear the 'on the way up jeans'

Hi,

Can I ask your current weight?  I've been with CC for a bit and it seems as if my stomache is shrinking somewhat  in that it doesn't take as much to fill up.  Once you stretch it back out it will be a chore to get it back.  When I get like that I think if im really hungery ill eat a tomatoe or sliced cucumbers.  If your body isnt' really hungry then try to get involved in an activity that requires you to move.  Remind yourself how much youve accomplished and stand infront of the mirror.  I don't know if any of this is helping, hope so.

good luck,

jami

What was the estimate?  Ive had a breast augmentation and it was pricey.  Anyway, I disagree with him.  I had a pouch after a c section and situps did the deal.  I could only do one at first, but give it a try.

Yes there is hope.  I went from 150 to 225.  I had toximia and gained tons of water weight in addition.  Post preg weight was 187 and I had a c section which cuts ALL stomache muscle.  I did sit ups.  The first time I could barely do one. Actually it took 2 weeks to even sit up without a wiggle.  Anyway start with a basic situp. keep a log and try to add one each time.  Only do them every other day.  Try it for 4 weeks.  I promise you will see a difference.

Take Care, Jami
