I just fell off the wagon, past three weeks, and did a little, but ate a lot, and still managed to maintain my current weight of 71 kgs, when I have to be 65 by Christmas. I started the diet again today, and am currently feeling so miserable about hogging so much these past few days :(

Really, soemtimes all i feel like doing all the time is eat, eat and eat, even if i'm not hungry. And then I don't feel like exercising, and popcorn seems like a useless snack, and the bar of snickers just doesnt stop calling out to me. :( I've even stopped logging what i eat in CC, and havent visited the site for the past three weeks. Oh this feels horrid.

seratuki lol, the VERY same reason. Everyone asks me why i can't be more like mum, and to be honest, after a while it just got to me. None of my close friends do that though.


Although i wanted to look good in normal sized clothes, and i hated not beign able to run, and worrying about all the flab jiggling when i did run.

Hey, could i join in too ? Christmas is what i'm thinking of too, and i started in June, hoping by Christmas i could wear a sexy dress and not be mistaken for Santa.

Today i logged in about 35 minutes on the treadmill, with a 3 minute warm up and then alternating between 6 and 8 mph every two minutes. After that, it was another 30 mins on the bike, at about a level 6.

I can control my diet, i'm slowly starting to love running, and its showing on my body to and i LOVE it :D..

I do a bit of weight training too, mainly with exercises on cc, did a lot of research while trying to decide the best way to exercise without hurting myself .. so for now i'll stick to this, and keep reading the forums :D ..
