&nb sp; It is very hard keeping on track. The seond time I got to my ideal weight I lost it after I started working 70 plus hours a week and added a boyfriend into the mix. I finally reeched the point where I told my boyfriend that I loved watching movies with him and I wanted to spend time with him. But for my own sanity I needed to get out running wether he wanted to come with me or not was k but I didn't want any pressure from him to not work out. He has since started running with me. He doesn't run without me yet on the three days a week I don't see him becuase I work just about the whole day but he does run with me. &nb sp; As for friends I told all mine the same thing a little differently put. As for partyng having party friens is kind of like having friends on the sport team you play on. One group parties all night while the other friends would encourage you to eat healthy and exercise. |
