aw, i've so been there syzhu.. alcohol is okay if you just have liquor and diet soda.. stay away from sugar punches. don't let calorie counting hurt your social life! it's possible to eat very healthy even if your friends don't. don't starve yourself saving calories for drinks at night, or don't avoid going out if you have already reached 1200. just borrow from the next day and burn extra calories; it will help detox your body too. good luck this week my fellow pear shaped friend! |

all of your posts are positive and inspiring! i too want to lose ten by turkey day. I'm going to weight 110. Yay! Best of luck to all of you... especially this weekend! Question: i have muscular legs, is there any way to slim my thunder thighs?

to all pears, i can totally relate... but recently have significantly slimmed down there by doing more abductor(?) machine work and other leg press machines! |
