Fitness Doing HIIT everyday to stay lean? Nov 10 2008

It's really hiit because I am sore when I do it and I feel worn down afterwards. Just 10 mins into it and I am like I don't want to do this anymore but I push myself anyways just because I want the fat to go away. After the feeling of exhaustion my energy levels are up and I am sweating all day.

I am getting mixed messages here? So is it or is it not okay to do this kind of workout 5 days a week with a clean diet? I need to drop 30lbs in 2 months with hiit and a clean diet or else bleh....

So far I have done it 6 days already and my body is taking a beating. But my mind is like do it anyway to see what happens. I am pushing myself so hard. I do it everyday to the point where it's like I am going to vomit and my body feels like it's on fire.

 

Basically I eat fruits veggies and soy protein 30g each serving in natural juice before and after the workout....

I don't eat anything with oils in it or anything fried or processed. I don't eat dairy at all I am allergice to it. I drink 3 liters of water a day. So would this actually melt the fat off of me?
