Breakfast: Porridge and a glass of skimmed milk

Lunch: Homemade pasta soup

Dinner: More soup and a toasted chicken sandwich

I eat 1200 calories a day. I have trouble eating as much as that, strange though it must sound. I used to fast, or eat the bare minimum (I know, lesson learned) so now that I'm eating a normal amount I feel like I'm eating too much and worry that I won't lose any weight. I'm also busy a lot during the day, so I don't have time to be hungry. All of this is good I suppose, as it stops me from binging which used to be a real problem for me.

Breakfast: Nothing, it was too early to eat

Snack: Orange juice

Lunch: Turkey sandwich

Dinner: Grilled chicken and vegetables

Snack: I will probably have a yoghurt later

When I was at school, people at my lunch table ate (typically) two boxes of fries, a chocolate bar (or two) and a bottle of cola. I would usually just have a sandwich and milk/orange juice yet they're thin, and I'm still the fat one. It drives me absolutely crazy
