i am trying to just keep chips out of my house for a while!  when i do have the urge to eat those salty guys, i buy just a small bag (like the 50 cent ones) to munch on.. ive also found that the mini bags of popcorn do wonders for me!!  i dont know if others have discovered them, but seriously, when i hv a late night snack attack, i grab a mini bag of popcorn and a glass of water.. its working ok for me!!  plus, ive been starting to eat a bowl of cereal every morning and that helps me throughout the day!  both yesterday and today have been ok, so thats good.. im working on getting better though!

my trigger food is definately chips.. i just start in and end up eating the entire bag.. then i just figure my night is shot, so i eat more food.. it makes me sooo mad, but i still just eat out of control.. grr!  anyways, after binging yesterday, im starting out with today being a new day!!  so far so good, but well see how it goes!

im a binger too.. it totally sucks because i just know that i dont want to be binging, but it just happens and i cant stop!  i am trying to stop, but the last two days hv been rough.. im sooo ready to just truly stop binging!

its soo hard to just not eat pizza and junk food every day while you're in college, but im trying!  i just renewed my gym membership so it will totally motivate to get going!  i think im going tonight!

5'7" medium frame, athletic!  I really just want to get back into shape (2 years of college definately has had its effect on me!) and lose that extra pudge that I have gotten from eating junk food and drinking!

all i know is that i am becoming soooo addicted to the new diet cherry
vanilla dr. pepper... yummmmy!  sooo good and doesnt make me want
so much food.. yay!!   glad to hear others cant give up their vice
too  :)

i need to join this club if its ok!  i need to be eating around
1300 cals per day, but i binge at least once a week...  :/  
i know its bad and im trying to stop!  i like hearing what people
hv to eat during the day so i can try to figure out what i should be
eating!!  thanks!

if anyone can cut a mango  (i cant!  i always need help!),
try combining that with some other fresh fruit (aka: raspberries),
low-fat yogurt and a some granola.. sooo yummy and fairly healthy!!

l-o-v-e, love rollerblading!!  it totally works your body and you
can def feel the results!  i need to do it more because it helps
out your legs!  now that its getting to be summer, i like to
rollerblade to the grocery store if i just need a few little things
that are easy to carry in a backpack.  its a good way to get
around and burn some cals!

hey!
i totally know how you feel.  im a binger too, but am definately trying to change  :)  its very, very hard, but im sure that you can do it!  this site is so great for keeping track of your daily intake.  if you go over your ideal intake for the day, just try to slow down and then make changes that will help you eat around your ideal calorie intake the next day.  when you feel like binging, try to do something that takes your mind off eating.  also, drink more water because that helps keep your mind off eating  :)  well, good luck and keep trying to stop binging!  you can do it!!!

i totally had that day yesterday  :)  i just try to do
anything that will keep my mind off eating food.. going out with
friends, studying away from food, working out.. anything!  and,
drink water for sure!  itll help a lot!!  :)

here here- im a waitress too and it sucks missing the dinner hour, but
i always try 2 grab something 2 eat after work bc im usually dead tired
and need some food.  i also usually go out after work too though
so my body has plenty of time to rest before i sleep.. after a long day
though, i would def recommend eating.. waitressing is like a
workout  :)

my binges are definately usually mid-week too, but if i manage to do
well during the week, i often lose it and binge while i am out with my
friends.. grrrr, but im trying to not binge so much!

hey!  i know exactly how you feel..  caf food stinks.  but just try salads and cereal (thats my weakness!).  also, try mixing crushed cereal (or granola) with yogurt.. very yummy and pretty healthy!  also, if there is turkey or ham sandwich meat, slice it up and put it on a salad.. maybe cut up an apple too to put on your salad, if ur caf has these options..  i m forced to eat taco bell nearly everyday bc its on our meal plan and its getting soooo old, but i just try to think of all the healthier options!  hope this helps!

no!!  i am also in school and barely have time to work out because
i am always writing papers and studying!  maybe we can come up
with some good 30-45 min workouts to post and then do!  i also
just want to lose a little around the edges!

hey!  im 19, soon to be 20!  and eating @ college is the
pits!!  i live on campus right now and will be getting out of here
at the end of the year..  i eat taco bell like everyday and it is
awful, but there are so few choices.  i will say that making a
salad is a very quick, cheap, healthy way to hv a meal, either on or
off campus.  i like my salads with raisins, crasins, apples,
cheese, or whatever to add some variety and try to go as light as
possible on the dressing.. adding the extra variety will totally
help!  p.s.  im going 2 add as many of u as possible to my
friends list bc it is nice to hv ppl really close to my age!

Hey guys-  thanks for the comments!  wow, i didnt even know
there was such a thing as a binge eating disorder.. but its also nice
to know that some people overcame it too  :)  im working on
fighting my urges .. slowly, but surely!!

i want to get down to 118 by May 20.  i would LOVE to have a
friend to help me out because its sooooo unbelievably frustrating when
i eat and eat and eat, and my weight roller coasters!  i need
someone to kick my ass in gear, and i will do the same to you! 
let me know if your in and lets get going on this stupid weight loss
thing!

AWESOME!!!!  can i say, "way to go!!"  now, if only you could
trade your secret with me!  anyways, i think that was a great
idea, because if you know you are full, why eat anymore?  i keep
thinking that to myself, but always find myself polishing off that bag
of chips (or worse yet, lately, its been frosted animal
crackers).  an apple and water sound like a great idea..  ill
definately try to take that into consideration next time i find myself
grabbing for a bag of chips!
