Thanks guys I do love Peanut butter :). and pinkchubbymonkey: who in their crazy mind told you that mixing PB with cottage cheese was ok? Just kidding no offense to those who do like it...

lalabanana:

I'm 17, female, I weigh 125 lbs, and I'm 5'3

I am very active. 2ish hours of tennis practice every other day , weight training, and 4-5 mile runs the days I have no tennis, with of course 2 days of rest.

I usually don't eat that much mostly because I am not used to eating that much and  some days I can't quite imagine eating anymore because I am so full.

A few years ago i would have to take this medicine that increased my appetite  (and therefore my wieght) which for a while was not a bad thing. And after I got off of the medicine I began having food OCD, lost some weight, etc. Then a few months ago I had an epiphany: I don't eat very much! So...hence my calorie increase.

Thanks for the suggestions!

YES! I totally understand. My dad would be like, hey! are you going for a run? and ill say, no, I want to rest today because i do stuff 6 days a week...but yeah he's comparing you to a girl on the cheerleading squad? I have a twin sister who is the thinest girl ever, and I have and "athletic body" although we pretty much weigh the same, we still have different clothing sizes and my parents always hint at me ending up like one of my huge relatives...but not her, she'll eat like two breakfasts and my parents will be like good for you, but if i even have a bowl of cereal for a snack before a 5 mile run, my dad will be like? is that your dinner? Yeah I don't think my dad realizes what he does, but it kind of hurts sometimes.

So I shouldn't continually add more every day...just start at 2000

I expect my weight will increase somewhat at first though
