I don't have any professional advise for you, but I have my own experience to share. I'm 5'4 130, in the am I weigh 129.2 - I dropped 5.8 lbs in 3 weeks, but I wasn't working out for the full 3 b/c I had an ingrown toe nail removed. SORRY for the TMI - but, I can say, it should be possible with a work out - to make your 11 day deadline. I maintained durring my down time by monitoring everything that entered my mouth. Weighing my portions on a food scale, eating lots of fresh fruit for snacks and raw veggies with hummous or salads with salad spritzers, fruit, raisins, and nuts. Mix it up. Don't forget lean meat like Chicken, and we all know the grocery store sells huge breasts, so cut one in half, save the other half for lunch on your salad the next day. Also, try tempeh. It's not that amazing, but I liked using 3 slices pan cooked, with my salad. Its very filling. Tofu pan cooked with fresh veggies as a stir fry w/ sauce is really good. Its all about what you eat and how much you are eating. You should be able to do it! Good luck :) |
