My gf (who is trying to maintain weight) likes to make a protein smoothie w/ yogurt, juice, (various kinds of) fruit, and some protein powder (usually about 25 to 35 g). I'm not a fan of smoothies but this thing tastes pretty good once she blends it all up. You'd have to do the math on your ingredients to figure out the 30/30/40 aspect, but it's quick and pretty decent.
