Hi Everyone!!
Last week Sara asked me to talk about being a part of this thread for 6 months. I'm just now getting to it...It sooo doesn't feel like it's been six months. I've come a long way now that I look back. When I first started I was in a rut. I was depressed and eating was a way to feel better instead of a way to fuel my body. I've learned so much since then. I feel like I'm a different person healthwise. Being a part of this group, even though I don't post as much as I'd like, has made a difference in my journey towards getting healthy. It creates a sense of accountability for myself. It keeps me thinking about being healthy and what I eat and how I eat as well. Thanks to everyone who shares a little bit of their struggle, it's helped me tremendously to feel like I'm not alone. :)
GOALS:
New- Lift weights 3x per week Maintenance- Cardio 3x per week for at least 30 minutes

Here I am!!! Sorry for the late post.. it's been a craaaazy week! My 12 week goal was 68% successful. It's a weird number I know but it's been a really good 12 weeks despite not logging barely any food on cc. I have lost inches off of my waist and become incredibly active. I've pretty much made activity mandatory in my life which is a huge success. My eating habits have not been perfect but I've adopted habits that are 110% better than myself 6 months ago when I began using Calorie Count and joined this thread. I'm not sure if I should adopt new goals right now because I really should focus on the old ones. Maybe I could tweak the ones I have so that I can achieve the later part of my goals better. I will be posting some more later!! I have yet another busy day...
I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!

Check-In: I've been doing really well with my exercise. I get in at least 30 minutes at least 5 days per week. I started rollerblading again, a friend and I started playing Tennis too and it's sooo much fun. We're not very good but we are having fun learning and chasing the ball is a bit of a workout. I've also started hanging out with a girl who is very into fitness. This helps with motivation sooo much. I've been thinking about joining an organized sports team but I want to wait until i'm in a bit better shape. Good job super for joining the rowing team. I was thinking about an indoor volley ball league. If I have to wear little shorts that might be a motivation to get exercising!! hahaa.
Cardio: Like I said I've been rollerblading and playing Tennis. I definitely sweat and have fun when I do those things but I'm not sure that they are indeed Cardio. I also had begun running but have been experiencing shin splints and some lower back pain from running. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's how I run or my shoes?? I've attempted the couch to 5k before but have never followed through to the end. I think that it might be a good idea. I'm going to check out those podcasts raven suggested. A friend of mine suggested some but those were created by some annoying guy that talked waaaay too much so hopefully these will be better. I really should start a weight lifting routine. My boyfriend's friend is really into lifting and I ask him what I should do but it's hard to start something and make it a habit. I've just been trying to lose weight by upping my exercising but just being active isn't helping that much to lose the weight. I know my best bet will be to combine cardio and lifting. I think if I try to do a hardcore routine I'll burn myself out so I'm pretty much into a routine with the cardio and soon I'll add the lifting once I'm comfortable that I won't fall back into a slump. My eating has been good. I've been doing a diet high in lean protein and veggies. I've been trying to cut out the sweets as much as possible and I've been trying to cut back on salty snacks as well. Chips are the enemy. I love them but they don't love me. In other news...we're getting a puppy!!!!! I'm so excited because it's a german shorthaired pointer puppy and with that breed they need a lot of exercise and the puppy will be able to come with me on walks and eventually runs and it'll just be great fun to have a companion even when all of my friends are busy. I think we're going to name it Ollie but I have to run that by the rest of the family. My 4 year old little boy likes it so that's all that matters I suppose.... lol.
So it's gorgeous outside and I'm out of here to go enjoy it!!
I hope everyone is having a great week!!!

I've been MIA for a bit. I had an intense 8 day summer class that was an upper credit class condensed with TONS of homework. But that's behind me now thank goodness. I have 5 weeks off to really spend taking care of me and spending time with my family. 12 Week Goal Check In 3/4: So I've been running. I feel really good. My boyfriend and I have started eating healthy together and really putting a conscious effort into it. However, I haven't been logging my food at all on Calorie count. That was a huge part of my goal last time and I haven't been doing it at all. I am proud of myself for keeping up with exercising and also for thinking about food differently. Food is less of a way to make me feel good but more of a way to nurture my body and make it the best machine it possibly can be.
So the class I took was Foundations of Personal Health. I am an art major but took this class on purpose to learn about health and see if I could extract anything from the class that could help in my every day life. I've started taking vitamins and Fish oil with Omega-3's and eating much better. The text book for the class was YOU The Owner's Manual. This book was really easy to read and I learned so much about my body. Anyone who is serious about getting healthy should have a basic knowledge about how their different systems work. The book gives pointers on how to live a healthy life and how to incorporate good habits into every day life. I recommend it for sure. I'm going to let my friends borrow it. In the back there is a diet plan and exercise program that I don't think I'm going to follow because it's one of those diets where you have to be a gourmet chef to be able to follow it but I read the suggestions and am applying the ones that make sense to me into my life. I definitely benefited from taking that class. I am sorry for falling off the wagon and not posting but the information I learned was sooo great for improving my well being and creating a healthier me.

I definitely need to pull myself out of the ditch!! I've been missing for a little bit due to finals week at school and my brother got married this past Saturday so I've been running on EMPTY!! Today however is a new day! With all of that behind me I'm ready to get back in the groove. I've been doing pretty well despite my horribly hectic life these last few weeks. My diet has been ok, that is what I really need to focus on. Halfway throught the 12 weeks already!! It seems like it's flown by... I have lost 3lbs since then. I have weighed myself consistently and the 3lbs seem to have vanished. I'm excited to see a difference finally. Now that things are back to normal at home I will be logging in here more! I definitely need the support!! Thanks for everyone who sent me reminders!!!! I really appreciate it!!!

Hi Everyone!!! I chose a delicious recipe that's not technically a salad.....I usually eat pre-made salads from the grocery store and add fresh veggies to it. So instead I chose a chicken salad recipe. It's easy and it's full of protein and can be put on top of salad and did I mention it's extremely easy? Enjoy! Check-In: This week has been ok. I'm not logging...at all. I'm exercising and that's going well but I need to get going on the logging. It's been rainy off and on here so I've been going to the gym instead of running outside. I prefer running outside than going to the smelly gym. I really should start adding a lifting routine to my exercising so I'm going to look into it. Any suggestions? I have some magazines that I've tried before so I might try to do those again. |

Happy Easter Everyone! Today was veeeery busy. 3 Easter dinners. The first was Easter breakfast where I did portion controlling and skipped the pancakes. The second dinner was lunch and I had no seconds and was very good. I did have a small piece of cake but it was a birthday as well as Easter....at the third dinner I didn't eat anything since I was full from the other meals. All in all it wasn't a bad holiday!! This week's topic: I find that running has given me results. I run approximately 3 miles 3x per week or more and am just a beginner but have gone done a pants size in 3 weeks and will be comfortably in those pants in the next 2 weeks hopefully. I haven't done a weight routine consistently enough to get results but am going to try something soon.

Thanks Sara- I got a little ahead of myself. New Goal: Log ALL food on calorie count. I'll make it a personal goal to cut back on the fast food, and I think that the logging will help me be conscious of what I am consuming. kyashiis and Meg- I love that you guys reward yourselves for acheiving your goals. I think it's something I'm going to think about doing... Possible Rewards- 1. Get my hair done 2. Buy a new book 3. Day trip 4. New shoes 5. New item of clothing, etc.
This is going to be a great way to motivate me since I love presents....
THanKs GuYs!!!

Hi Everyone!!! 12 WEEK GOAL- New- Prepare at least 2 meals per day at home at least 4 days per week and log all food on Calorie Count to not exceed 1600 calories per day. Maintenance- Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes at least 3x per week. Personal mini goal- To weigh 145 by the end of the 12 weeks. I'm at 151ish now so hopefully I can accomplish this... This week started off okay with going to the gym on monday for a forced workout on the elliptical and I took yesterday and today off from exercise which means I have 3 days left to get in at least 2 more workouts....I'll definitely get it done. I went out to eat today for lunch with my boyfriend and his boss to a thai food place. I ordered the thai fried rice and only ate maybe 1/3 of the gigantic portion. I gave my leftovers to my boyfriend and I was very proud of myself. That means that I can only grab food on the go 1 more time this week. I hope this new goal works out well. The food I have stocked up on at home is fruits and vegetables and healthy snacks and meats, so hopefully I can get my diet on track and get a good consistent routine going here. So, the scale hasn't budged for me which I should'nt be concerned about but I can't help it. I know I've lost some bulk in the midsection and I feel better but for some reason that number has a huuuuge hold over me....frustrated...but I'm just going to keep chugging along. I hope everyone is having a great start to their new 12 week goal!!!

You're right Sara! I'm going to get a bit more specific about my NO FAST FOOD goal. I think that I will prepare 2 meals per day at home 5x per week and allow for 2 meals per week either at a restaurant or on the go. This will allow me to not feel guilty if we go out to dinner with friends or if I forget my lunch at home, etc. Maybe I'll limit the restaurant part of the goal to only allowing myself to eat half of the portion served, as restaurants often give you waaaay more than you need. Looks like I've got some thinking to do. Thanks sara for helping focus my new goal. Kyashii- I just read your posts from earlier this week and it too made me realize that I have developed a lot of motivators that keep me going. Like Nannygabber I noticed that many of yours do revolve around positive self talk. It made me think of my own motivators and I realized that I do this. Instead of being so negative about my body I've become my own advocate for success. I don't let myself get depressed or hopeless... Thanks for helping me realize this step in the right direction mentally!!!
I hope everyone had a GREAT week!!!

Hey Everyone!!! Sorry I'm so late posting...this week I had a printmaking project and a sociology exam....that's over and now I have some free time. Thanks MsMeg for reminding me to get to it this week!!!! Goal Evaluation: I feel that I had a rocky start but in the end I completed my goals about 70%. My food logging is horendous but I AM conscious of what goes into my mouth about 84% of the time. My exercise has improved immensely. I have been doing at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 or 4x per week consistently for the last 2 1/2 weeks and it feels great. I've started running because our new neighborhood is right near the downtown area and a bike trail. It feels really good and instead of loafing in the afternoon I make myself either go to the gym or run. I'm very serious about incoprorating these types of behaviors into my regular life without having to make myself. I need to work on my eating habits now and I think that is what I'm going to focus on for the next 12 weeks. I'm very happy with my progress despite not completing my goal 100%. This thread has been a big part of changing my mindset and I'd just like to say thanks to everyone for the support and motivation!!! New Goal: I will prepare my own meals and if it is necessary to catch a quick bite on the run I will make the healthiest choice possible. NO MORE EXCUSES AND NO MORE CHEATING WITH DISGUSTING FAST FOOD!!! Hahaa. This is a big problem for me. I am at school and on the run being a single mom and all that jazz, I often find that I am eating out and making bad choices. I should pack my lunch more and this is something I'd like to work on, not only to get healthy but to also help save money.
Maintenance Goal: I will continue to exercise 3x per week for at least 30 minutes but this time I will allow for things like finals week coming up and my brother's Wedding where I will be super busy and say that this should be achieved at least 10 of the 12 weeks!!! I've had great success with this goal, especially in the last 2 weeks or so. I am excited that I'm actually doing it and making strides each time I run or hit the elliptical. Each time I'm less out of breath or I can go further jogging without needing to stop. I just have to keep going. Also If anyone has any suggestion on some sites or books to read regarding diets and things like that I'd really appreciate it. I'd like to find something that will work for me.
Hope Everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Denise- HI there. I wanted to share my pregnancy weightgain with you. I gained 40lbs with my pregnancy, 5lbs more than I should have and my son was born at an average/normal weight of 7lbs 8 1/3 oz. Much of the weight is fluid. I left the hospital at 170lbs and within 3 days had lost nearly 20lbs of fluid. Once my son was born and I'm sure you'll find this as well, you are so busy that your not thinking about food, you're thinking about the baby, bottles/breastfeeding, diapers, diapers, diapers....It didn't take me long to get back down to my pre-baby weight. I made the mistake of freaking out a few days after I was home and tried to do some pilates and ended up pulling a muscle...I definitely didn't give myself enough time to "bounce back" and heal. 9 months on and 9 months off is definitely the way to go. Sara- I think that you're right on with your assessment of this thread.

Hey Everyone! I went back to the gym today. I missed it. I am so much happier when I get in a workout. I'm doing 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week. Then I want to add in some weights after I've established this routine. Baby steps... Sara- I appreciate helping me look at this thread in a different way. I just get so frustrated with my lack of success that I didn't think of it as a way to help shorten my "inbetween time". When I am off the wagon I feel bad about missing this thread and want to get back into it, so in the long run it does help me to keep focused. Maureenz- welcome back! and just wanted to let you know how jealous I am of your vacation!

Welcome Silverstar!!!! I am one of the mom's in the forum, we are pretty close in age, I'm 23 and have a 4 year old son so if you ever need to vent about mom stuff or anything else feel free... 4 Month Check-In: Thanks Sara for the congrats on 4 months with Wagonjumpers. This thread has been the only thing that I've been consistent with as far as weight loss is concerned. I've been trying to keep up with a routine but I haven't been consistent enough. I have had some pretty good stretches where I've done well with a routine but haven't followed through. I guess that's why I belong in this thread. I've had some minor setbacks like a tonsilectomy, the end of the semester, and recently moving....ugh. Right before we moved I was going to the gym 4 days per week and doing pretty well focusing on cardio since I have some fat to lose...who doesn't right? But then moving set me back and it was easier to grab a quick bite instead of cooking something that would be soooo much better for me. I'm aware of all of this and I think that knowing that I need to change is always a good place to begin the change. So here I go again with a re-commitment to my 12 week goal!! Wish me luck.
This Weeks Topic The idea for motivating us to motivate eachother is wonderful. I think that motivating eachother to do better will help us to achieve our goals.
Good luck this week everyone! Stick with it!!!!!!!!

Sara- That makes me sooooooooo super excited. I'm about to buy my first mac within a few weeks because I'm a graphic design student and NEED to get acquainted with one asap. I was a little nervous since my boyfriend is a programmer/analyst at the local university and said that they were expensive to fix blah blah blah don't get one. Now I feel much better knowing that it was that easy to fix it on your own. I've had my troubles with my pc laptop and definitely back up my files religiously.
P.S. Moving is almost done and I'm starting to get back on track. Instead of a quarter pounder with cheese from McD's last night, I opted for the salad. Better choices is all I need.

I am also 50/50 on my goals. I've been making it a point to go to the gym and have been doing a lot of cardio lately. This week however we are moving apartments and didn't go at all, but lifting and all that stuff has been quite a workout itself. Despite my good effort in the workout department, my eating habits have been so so. Like I mention we're moving and convenience food became more accessible than good home cooked meals so my caloric intake has been through the roof. I plan to resume my gymtastic schedule at the end of this week. I just have to keep on keepin' on and focus on my improvements, especially in exercise. I hope everyone has a super awesome week!!!!

I am moving soon! and near our new place there is a bike path that goes along the lake in our town. I hope to get out and walk the path at least once a day. At the new place we can get a dog and that will be soooo much fun and I'll have no choice but to walk since the pup will need some exercise too. I'd like to get an armband for my ipod so I can bring it along. But mostly my son will be coming with his bike and he can keep me company.
Weekly Check-in: This week was awesome. I went to the gym 4 times and attended a zumba class!!!!!!!! It was a lot of fun. I think I'll go back next week. I'm remembering how awesome it was to go to the gym and I'm finding that my excuses for not going have been lame. I feel better and I feel stronger and have more energy. |

So, school has had the best of me lately and I'm swamped with papers, projects, portfolio stuff, and studio time. So sorry I've been MIA for a bit, but I'm recommitted and ready to dive back into fitness. The weather here is starting to warm up a tad..so i'm getting excited to get outside. As for my half way check in: I haven't been logging. Not a single thing. I've been conscious of what I eat but have cheated a bit. I haven't lost weight but haven't gained either. I've been going to the gym when I can and find that I can spend longer amounts of time on the elliptical than before. I've also been hearing that people think i've lost weight so maybe I'm losing inches. I was recently fitted for a dress for my brother's wedding and my measurements were 38", 30", 42". I think I 'm going to use that as a springboard to guage my weightloss instead of weight lost. So, I'm ready to get going.... |

WEEKLY CHECKIN- I've been doing pretty well. I'm 150% on with working out. I've been lifting at the gym, alternating arms and legs and abs. I feel better. I haven't been doing so hot on the logging but my choices are good. I went out to dinner the other night with my boyfriend and made good choices for the meal but when dessert came I got creme brulee but it was worth it and the portion was small. Other than that I've been cooking a lot of lean meats and not over-snacking. I'm pretty happy with how I'm doing. I do find however that my best days are when I log before I eat. That helps me plan my day and kind of restrains me from adding anything to it.

Weekly Check-In: So far, so good. Despite my weight creeping up, I've stuck to my goals. I have started back at school and the stress is starting to increase but I've created time in my day for activity to make up for excuses like stress. Today i did legs at the gym, a friend and I were going to go to a kickboxing class but it was cancelled because we are getting a lot of snow right now. I bought a magazine and it has a lot of exercise tips in it. I can't remember the name of it but i'll get it and let everyone know!!!
Weekly Topic: I think we should stick with our plans set at the beginning of the year because it will keep us in check and remind us that we are dedicated or were dedicated to a goal!!! I know that I'm not succeeding very quickly because I am not eating the best. It's something that I need to work on and I struggle with it every day. Some days I feel like food controls me. I don't want to feel like that. I never had any weight problems until about 2 years ago when I put on 20 pounds. It doesn't seem like a lot but to me it feels like a ton. I've always been the thin girl who could eat whatever....now every morsel I eat goes to my love handles...lol. I want to overcome this and be fit and healthy with healthy habits.
I don't think that there is a fast or easy way to lose weight healthily. It's just making great choices every day.
I hope everyone has a great and healthy week...I need to get some sleep!!!

Sara Thanks for the "Winter Goddess" title!!! hahaa. I've only been out twice so don't get the crown out just yet! I'm a hermit in the winter too, my knickname as a child was house mouse.....but having my mom motivating me to go is really helpful. "Breaking a trail" refers to making a trail through fresh snow that hasn't had a trail cut through it before. It makes it harder to walk through the snow and makes for more resistance while "walking" in the snowshoe. It makes for a great workout!!!
I renewed my gym membership today and I'm going tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! I'm probably going to pick up the NROLFW book this weekend, that is if Borders has it in stock since it seems pretty popular with everyone!

Weekly Check-In: This week hasn't been too bad. I'm not losing weight but not gaining. I haven't been logging religiously, however I am NOT gorging on crappy food. Next week school starts again and the stress level will be much higher and hopefully I'll be able to maintain my good habits through the stress!!!
"What exercise are you currently NOT engaged in that you would like to do in the future, why are you not yet doing it? What are the roadblocks? How can you overcome them?" I'd like to get into weight lifting. I've been reading the thread and am intrested in this NROLFW that everyone keeps mentioning and I'm going to look into it. I need to get into a routine to build some muscle. What I have been doing for workouts are more outdoors activities. As I mentioned in last weeks thread is that I went snowshoeing last monday and loved it. This monday I went cross country skiing. I used to go every winter quite a bit but got out of it after I began college. It was amazing to go and be out in the fresh air and be sweating and feeling really good. I must say that I enjoyed going skiing better than snowshoeing. I guess maybe it's just different. Snowshoeing is fun when you break trails in the woods and skiing is best when there are groomed trails and slopes to break up the straight paths. My mom and I are going to try to go once a week. I've also been doing a 30 minute ab workout once a week from home but would prefer something with other people. I'm going to renew my gym membership TOMORROW! and get back to the weight training and am going to try to take a class once a week. sara- I definitely recommend trying snowshoeing. It's super fun with a friend or if you have a dog. I poured sweat but was having a fun time. Breaking trails had so much resistance. I would recommend borrowing someone's before you buy your own just in case it isn't for you. Good luck!!!
Good luck EVERYONE!!!!!

12 Week Consistency Goals: Log my food daily and exercise at least 3x per week for at least 30 minutes. I'm so excited. I went snow shoeing today and it was amazing. My mom and I went for 2 hours. I can't move my legs but I feel great. I used to be active when I lived at home, skiing and being outdoors more often but have lost that since I moved into the city and began school full time. A lot of sitting has occured since I've become a full time student so it was nice to get out and get some fresh air. I hope to make that a weekly event if not more. My eating habits are getting better. I'm logging this week's food and making good choices. Thanks for the congrats on my 2 months sara! This thread is very motivating. I don't post as often as I'd like but I do enjoy connecting with others who deal with the same issues I have. Thanks everyone!! Good Luck this week ALL! Jen |

Weekly Check-In: So, I feel like it's been forever since I've logged in. I've been consumed lately with the Holidays and was down for a bit when I had my tonsils out on 12/17. I lost 5lbs total after not being able to eat more than a popsicle for about a week. I haven't been logging my food but I have been trying to mentally make good food choices. I'm re-committing myself to the site and to this thread in order to really get on track for the new year. 12 Week Goals: I will log my calories daily on calorie count and try to only consume a maximum of 1600 calories. I will exercise at least 3 days per week including outdoor activities as well as going to the gym. This is do-able. Another goal of mine is to stop indulging in sweets because that for me is the kicker. Chocolate, especially dark chocolate is my downfall. I'm excited for the new semester because my schedule allows for a consistent pattern of exercise days!!! Routines for me are crutial to my success. I'd like to drop a pants size by the end of the 12 weeks. I've loosened up on what my weight goals are. I just want to be healthy and lose 10lbs instead of the 20 that I initially wanted to lose. I want to be a healthy person who has healthy exercise habits and healthy eating habits. I want to be described as active! Good luck to everyone on their goal setting!!!!!

Well, this week i've been living off of ice cream, jello, pudding etc. due to the healing process of my tonsilectomy....I have lost 8lbs this past week and it's due to my lack of ability to eat. Tonight we are going to my boyfriend's family's house for dinner and i'll be trying to find something soft to eat. Here is a recipe I found on Calorie Count for Apple Crumble: http://caloriecount.about.com/apple-crumble-r ecipe-r37
Enjoy!! and Merry Christmas!!!!!!!! |

Hey Everyone...
Weekly Check-in: So, I got my tonsils out yesterday so I'm not feeling so hot. I can't eat anything at the moment so I suspect that I'll probably lose a little weight. After I'm feeling better however I've decided to try the couch to 5k program and add a weight lifting routine to it as well. I've been a tad absent from my gym but am going to resolve that as well when I'm feeling better. Jen |

Hey everyone!! I'm a little pressed for time this week since it's FINALS!!! Thank goodness, a break is in sight!! Anyway, I wanted to thank Sara for congratulating me on my one month with wagonjumpers! It's been a positive experiencing and taking a little time to do this thread has definitely been worth it. This week, I haven't eaten well but I haven't eaten badly either, well maybe the spinach vegetable dip may have been not so good...anyway, I'm hitting the gym this weekend and couldn't be more excited. I've decided to do the couch to 5k running for beginners program to lose some FAT!!! If I lose some fat then I'll be able to see my muscles again!! :) On the thread I'd like to see more exercise tips and diet tips. I have a hard time knowing what to do and seeing what others are doing I'm sure will help! Other than that I think this thread is quite enjoyable. Jen |

Introducing Ofelecia- I also thought this was a good idea! It gave me an opportunity to reach out to other members and as a first time thread poster it was a positive experience. Felecia grew up in NJ and has lived in NYC since the mid-1980's. She works in book publishing and sews and knits as well! This career woman is married with THREE kids!--an 8 year old son and 6 year old twin girls!!!

This week was ok. School consumes me as always but my calorie counting has been pretty good. I'm drinking the amount of water I need, but I'm still not seeing any results. I definitely know it's because of my lack of gym time. I have vacation this week and I only have a few finals and I'll be back on track!!! Next semester I chose to only take 12 credits so I have more time for me and more time for my son. I think it's a good choice. I'll be able to budget my time more efficiently and meet my goals. Good job on seeing some results sara!! I always read yours and you meet your goals and now it pays off. I'm motivated to get on track with my exercising so I can list some results too.
Anyway....on to the homework.
I often don't log bite size amounts of food that I have. Whether it's a bite size amount of pie, or what really kills me is bite size chocolates, leftover from Halloween....!!!!!!!!!!?!@#$! I love my son but yikes on the candy! Other than that I try to be as honest as I can. Robin...I totally hear you on the coffee mate thing! I love coffee with it and it's not quite the same without it....but I log it. I use the individual single serve boxes of creamer that are each only 40 calories instead of dumping a whole boatload of creamer in from the refrigerator bottle. It helps me to keep track of how many creamers I use and helps keep the exact measurement without actually having to measure. http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-coffee -mate-french-vanilla-i84830 Each package is exactly one serving. I love it. |
