I'll check that site out. I don't spend an awful lot of time with my mum which is a shame, its easier to do it with some one else for support, and my boyfriend eats meat. He says he'll try to be vegetarian for a bit, bless. That day menu looks really good actually, its hard to find healthy meals without meat. So I will try it out from tomorrow (work today gets in the way).

I've tried to do a 'day in the life' of my mum today. So she buys me the food she will eat. To see what it feels like. And I'm stuffed.

Apricot and melon

Falafel, olive bread, brownie, lil chocolate

fat free yoghurt, cereal, go ahead bar

It feels like an insanely huge amount.

Thank you both. You've been helpful. I have considered giving up the veganism, but meat makes me hurl. Perhaps adding in some diary. I've been working on non-fat yoghurt, I can't afford to be fussy.

I guess up-ing the amount I'm eating is just something I've got to accept I've got to do. I'm trying to vary what I drink away from just water, so smoothies, coffee etc. It all adds up.

I don't know exactly how much I eat a day, I found counting calories made my anorexia worse (I ate 50 cals a day for nearly 2 weeks) but I'm a good estimate. I probably eat around 500/600. So that really needs to up and quick.

I'm 19. I do suffer from a very low immune system, constantly ill.

I've suffered on and off with anorexia, which doesn't help. 8st is like my mid ground, not as small as my head wants but not too big. I have problems eating enough as I am vegan/vegetarian so that cuts out tons of things that would normally be good to gain weight. Eat little and often sounds good to me though. I'm trying to do that with cereal...

same here. I'm a size 2 all over, and my thighs are just over, but not big enough to be a size 4. very frustrating. But its a case of just experiment with dress style.

join the club. My inner thighs look huge compaired to the rest of me now. All I can suggest is the step machine... it IS reducing my inner thighs, slowly but surely.

Califig is excellent for this. Just take it before bed, one or two teaspoons, and trust me, you will be running to the loo by the morning
