hi everyone! I'm kinda new to this site...and kinda new to the whole ED recovery thing too. But I saw this forum and thought this was an appropriate place to post how I am feeling today...which is AMAZING. For the first time in 9 months I just ate: -A PP&J sandwich. With REAL peanut butter. LOTS of it -Loads of yummy fat-filled chocolate almonds. an entire cup! -WHOLE FAT milk in my cereal -a yummy sugary grape blow-pop - cheeesey nachos and salsa and finally...a chocolate peanut butter MILKSHAKE All of which i used to love, but would panic at the site of not too long ago. and the best part is, while I might feel too full to function or breathe at the moment, I also feel a sense of relief. cuz i know every one of those delicious calories will eventually give me back my once oh-so-beautiful body. YAY I never imagined so many people could be dealing with the EXACT same strange thing I'm going through. Congrats to all of you!!! |
