I haven't posted in a week, so here it goes!

Breakfast- Caramel nut brownie luna bar and a medium-large banana

Snack One- Cheese bunny crackers and a huge homemade brownie.

Lunch-Pb & J sandwich, plum, pudding, and a chocolate/white chocolate chip cookie.

Snack Two-Chocolate brownie zbar

Dinner-Vegetable risotto w/dinner roll.

Breakfast-Mini cinnamon raisin bagel w/ whipped cream cheese, puding and large banana

Snack One-Vegetarian rice krispie treat:)

Lunch-Pb & j sandwich, strawberry banana yogurt, peach and a fiber one granola bar.

Snack Two-Nutz Over Chocolate luna bar(I really love bars, if you couldn't tell)

Dinner-Sesame tofu w/green beans and white rice.

Breakfast-Whole wheat english muffin w/ smart balance, large banana and a vanilla chocolate pudding

Snack One- Organic chocolate fudge poptart

Lunch-10 oatmeal animal crackers, raspbery yogurt, pb & j sandwich and a peach

Snack Two- Fiber One chocolate chip granola bar, brown rice marshmellow treat(just a vegetarian rice crispie)

Dinner-Golden delicious apple and two slices of veggie pizza(broccolo, tomatoes, green peppers)

Hi, it's my first time posting here and I just want to mantain!

Breakfast- 1 cup Trix cereal, 1/2 cup lowfat milk,
1 banana and 1 chocolate vanilla pudding

Snack One: Chocolate chip zbar

Lunch- 10 oatmeal wheat free animal crackers, pb & j sandwich,
steamed asparagus, and a large golden delicious apple

Snack 2: Chocolate chip and pecan cookie, mini cinnamon raisin bagel w/ 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese.

Dinner- Jasmine rice and stirfry with lots of veggies and cashew

ohohcherri, i'm seeing of montreal next tuesday! i'm so excited

-I'd like to get my calorie intake up to a normal amount, without feeling guilty

Breakfast

Whole grain english muffin with cashew butter, Banana(I had a small breakfast today which is weird because its my favorite meal so I usually make it big)

Lunch- Cheerios with strawberries and milk, Red, green, yellow and orange peppers, Apple, Yogurt

Snacks-Krafts 2% cheddar cheese on pumpernickel, apple sauce

Dinner-Scrambled egg whites w/red and orange peppers and spinach, spinach potato pancake thingy, pumpernickel toast w/ pb and strawberries

Snack-I'm going to the movies so I might get something there

Breakfast: Organic oatmeal w/cinnamin, a medium banana, a cup of soy milk and some green tea

Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread, grapes, plain Fage yogurt w/raspberries added in

Snack One: 2 tablespoons of hummus and and carrots on a slice of whole wheat bread

Snack Two: Cherries!

Dinner: Haven't had it yet but i'm most likely going to have a baked potato w/fresh salsa, bread, salad and some peas and maybe some desert.

I'm Sara and right now I'm just working on mantaining. I'm trying to recover from anorexia(I had it for about 2-3 months but I realized what I was doing before it got out of control.) I am also a lacto-ovo vegetarian! It'd be great to have a vegetarian buddy, because I just recently started vegetarianism so I would appreciate advice on that but if you aren't that's fine. I just want someone who can help me and eventually we could talk via email or text or whatever is best!
