Ok, WOW thanks for all the great advice. I really don't like drinking calories anyways never did. I'm going to see this recovery in every positive way possible and will try to enjoy food rather than push it away. i actually feel a lot better lots more energy less depressed. hopefully i can keep it up! Just a little scared about my metabolism its so hard not to be worried about whether it will catch up or not i feel like I'm risking it but i know it'll be worth it.

Maintaining almost done with weight loss but... Dec 30 2008

you're right. actually my family has been worried that i have been getting too thin lately so i think that is pretty much the deal breaker there that i don't really need to lose anymore weight. i guess now i'll just focus on healthy eating and being active while maintaining. thanks.

Weight Loss What was your breaking point? Dec 24 2008

well i had gained weight from stress my senior year of high school (maybe about 10-15 pounds) and then during college i realized how my body changed and i didn't like it anymore. also, it had something to do with a guy that i liked. i was stupid and thought that he didn't like me back because i was "too fat" which probably wasn't even true... i was at a pretty normal weight. well i lost 25 pounds as a result and and it's pretty much distorted my view on eating and my body image.
