I used to work at GNC and there is a protein powder called weight gainer 2200. Alot of swimmers would buy it because of their vigerous activity and it seemed to work for them. Make them delicious, trust me i understand why you dont lke them. Add some milk, ice cream, oreo cookies and make a creation. =)

Young Calorie Counters getting on birth control... Nov 03 2008

Its all psycological. I've been on birth control since i was 16 (19 now) and ive lost weight. It does make you bloated sometimes but so does alot of things. As for making your breasts bigger, i wish but it never happend for me. I think alot of people blame their weight gain on birth control so it makes everyone panic. When i first started taking the pill it actually made me sick so i lost weight from it. Just watch what you eat and you'll be fine. I'm on Lybrel and its new and i take it everyday of the month and i dont get my period. Its FDA approved and safe, i recommend it

22:21 (UTC)

Try signing up for the gym and do some cardio. Your at a really good weight and if you feel your not then just do some toning and that will make you feel better. Trust me you dont want to be stick thin, i've been there and i came to realize that i didnt feel sexy anymore and my face and body looked sunken in and sickly. Eat healthy foods and as long as its not junk and your working out on top if it you'll be fine =) If you have any questions just message me hun

I can relate to your fluctuating weight. I bounce around about 5 pounds everyday. Alot of it is water weight and undigested foods. Try using the stationary bike on a resistance of 8 for about 45 minutes a day. It worked for me =)
