Hey crxrated - I know how you feel, trust me. When I was at my heaviest (225lbs), I *hated* wearing pants because my thighs touched all the way to my knees... and shorts..!? PF! That was worse, as they'd always ride up and I constantly had to pull them down. Now that I'm down to under 180lbs, my thigh-touching stops ends before it gets to my knees, so I know that weight loss has obviously helped. I, too, have wanted to reduce the touching even more, so I attempt to do such exercises that lean (or exercise) the thighs and it helps: - Sumo Squats with a medicine ball (ie: http://health.howstuffworks.com/leg-exercises -tb18.htm) - Squats with medicine balls (works thighs and butt) - Kettlebell Swings (ie: http://www.brassringfitness.com/workout-techn iques/kettlebell-swings/) - Sumo Side Lunge (ie: http://health.howstuffworks.com/leg-exercises -tb20.htm) Hope these help! |

ugh, I totally understand what you mean. I bought it once and also hated it so much, I just forced myself. Anyway, here is a pretty good idea that will help mask the nasty flavor: - EAS protein scoop - 8oz almond milk (organic, unsweetened, if possible) - frozen strawberries (~60grams) or blackberries or blueberrie - not-too-ripe banana (~100grams) - 2tbsp milled flaxseed Just blend all together in blender until strawberries are broken down and it is fluffy. The banana masks the nasty EAS protein and gives the whole mix a fluff, while the strawberries give a cold smoothy like feel and the almond milk just tastes WAY more better than water and is leaner than milk .. flaxseed is a plus, gives more texture and has lots of fiber plus omega fats. give it a shot... hope it tastes pallatable :) |

breakfast: protein powder w/ frozen blackberries and frozen strawberries, milled flax, and unsweetened almond milk lunch: fresh & easy chicken breast; side of romaine lettuce snack: <oh Gawd, help me here> dark choc covered almonds, raw zucchini, baby carrots dinner: preworkout: 2 omega-3 eggs, fried; postworkout: the same breakfast shake minus the flaxseed and plus l-carnitine (for muscle re-building); a bit of jasmine rice. ...damn chocolates, ruined my great sequence |

I dearly love my parents and I think they did the best job they could do in raising us kids.. I seriously think if they hadn't, I could have turned out bad :) However, I would say a couple of things they didn't do that I really wish they had: (1) teach me about health and encourage me to do healthful things (ie join a fitness-oriented sport like basketball or soccer as a junior high kid, etc. Also, my mother always made me finish all that was on my plate (and she is a heavy spooner, so it was always more than what I should have eaten); (2) encouraged me to get to know other people, outside our church and outside our social circle.. I had to wait to college (when I finally moved out) to meet people NOT from my family or church. |

hm! I didn't even know there was a recipe calculator, so, yes, that helps.. a ton! |

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
