Hello! I sound a lot like pgeorgian. I'm 5'8 and my heaviest was 180, which I lost by (slowly) becoming a distance runner. I've kept the weight off for almost three years and now I'm at about 140-145. My body seems happy there, though I would like to get down to 130-135. I eat vegan 95% of the time and though I know there are places where I could cut back, 1500 calories just seems like too little and I have difficulty maintaining that. I have been lazy with my running lately, mostly because I have some depression issues and it's difficult to find the energy to get up and move, let alone run around. pgeorgian maybe we could help each other stick to every other day runs! I have three furkids but they are of the kitten variety and kittens are lazy. Terrible weight loss companions. |
