Checking-in on time for a change, lol.  Unless some magic-pounds-be-gone fairy visits me this week, it appears that I will not meet my goal.  I'm okay with that.  I'm still keeping on and very pleased that I did not gain.  That is a big victory in itself.  As claire says, "Well done" everyone.  We can do this!

Hey everyone,

Finally checking in on time, lol.  Didn't reach my goal, and that's okay.  I still had a loss this month.  I'm really pleased with that.  Next month I'll get to goal.  Have a safe and fun New Year's celebration wherever you are.  Great job to everyone for sticking with this.  We can do this!  Thanks for everything restless.  Hope to see everyone at the Jan challenge.

Merry Christmas to everyone!  I hope everyone has a safe and loving time with family and friends.  Wow!  I really know how to do things in a really big way.  I knew being sick, pms, no excercise, and early Christmas baking/feasting family members going out of town) was going to do this.  Although I am pre-ty shocked by how much, I know that this too shall pass.  I wasn't expecting such a big number.  In fact I have already started walking again and increasing my water in-take.  I have a plan and that's a good thing.  We can do this !

Hey everyone,

Sorry.  I didn't make it to the scale yesterday, and when I stepped on today *teeth chattering*  I whispered, Please be kind.  I was abso-freakin'-lutely releaved that I had lost a pound.  I will take that any day of the week.    Sunday was so NOT a good day for me.  I think the girls will agree with me.....stupid PMS.  I just could not stop eating the carbs and salt.  On ward and upward!  Have a great week everyone.  We can do this.

Currently I am in a Dec. challenge due to the upcoming holiday.  So I guess you could say I am being proactive.  I joined one in Nov. for the same reason and reached my goal for that month.  Eventhough I have been sick, I have managed to stick with my calorie allowance.  I just haven't been able to excercise.  But as soon as I am able, I'll get right back to it even the week and day of Christmas.  Like baboo4, I am going to have whatever I want on that day and get back on track the next day.

Yahoo!  I knew that had to be water from the Thanksgiving.  Of course the month is not over with, lol; and I'm sure that having a cold has helped.  This cold has got to be over with soon, or I will pay the price since I haven't be able to excercise * nail biting*.  We can do this!

hiya restless and devoted members,

Hope everyone had a great turkey day.  I did and don't regret one bit of it, well, sort of. lol  I gained 4 back.  I was prepared for 2 or 3; but 4 not so much, especially since I excercised everyday (including T-day).  But I know that some of that is water because I could feel it in my hands and feet, so this week I'll be right back on track.  I am pleased to say that I did reach my goal *happy dancing* and am not discouraged.  Can't wait to start another challenge in Dec.  I hope to see all of you there.  Thanks everyone for accepting this challenge and haning in there. Smile

He was dying to go on a picnic, so off we went.  Packed the wine coolers, shrimp coctail and crackers.  Enjoying the beautiful afternoon and see a plane fly over pulling a banner saying:  Rhavenous, will you marry me?  Then he on bended knee whips out he ring and everyone claps and I cry.  His parents were there, too, taking pictures.  Every anniversary we look at those pictures and the wedding album.

hiya restless girl.  Just wanted to say thank you for being so supportive to everyone on this journey.  You always have something positive to say.  Last week you remarked about reaching my goal already; and although I am thrilled about that, the month isn't over.  lol.  This last week proves it: Hubby in and out of the hospital, not able to get the excercise in, and eating on the run.  Only a pound lost, and I hope never to find it, lol.  But I am happy with that pound.  The way my week went, it could have easily been tragic.  This week should be much better.  Thanks again, and have a great week yourself!

8) do you try to eat clean?: 85 percent of the time

9) do you have a gym membership?: No.

10) when was the last time you went to the gym, or exercised?: Today. 

11) what's your favorite form of exercise?: I don't have a favorite.  I just know I HAVE to do it. 

12) what's your least favorite form of exercise?: Don't have a favorite, but I walk.

14) how often do you go to the gym or exercise?: 5 days a week, but Iwant to get it up at 7 days a week.

15) does anyone else exercise with you? (friends, family, etc): My dog.

16) what's your #1 food weakness?:  Bread.  That said, definitely french and yeast rolls.

Sorry, too much math.  I am challenged in that area, and I am not afraid to admit it Smile.  I am 40 and have had boobs since I was in 4th grade.  I have never needed padding.  I have to say that I have always loved my boobs.  Of course I could use a lift for my 42Fs.  I get my bras from Cacique (Lane Bryant).  I stock up when they have the semi-annual sales.  They evern have pretty and sexy ones in my size Wink.

I was introduced to Karen Moning's Highlander and Fever series the begining of this year.  Now I have almost the entire Highlander series and have re-read those at least a million times.   Also J .R. Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood series is fantastic!  I am building my collection and have re-read those also a million times!  Those are definately my go to books *sigh*.
