Yes. I make lists like there is no tomorrow. I will make a list of what I want to take somewhere and pack my bag two months early and then unpack it and re pack it with different stuff. And I make my christmas shopping list in october. |

No I do not. Quite the opposite. I eat mostly organic or as unprocessed as possible. But I think I figured it out. I eat lots of fruit. |

I was having such a hard time today. I had a really big lunch w/ the fam, and then I felt bad about it. Tonight I was trying to figure out what to eat for dinner and I just burst out crying. I wish I could just go back to my old ways but I know I can't. Is this normal or will I struggle like this every day? |

I totally and completly feel your pain. My family tried to do the same thing. Ask them to give you a week to try it completely on your own and see if you gain weight. if you do they might quit forcing you. |

Thank you. Thank you so much. This has been very very helpful. I guess I just associated low cal with high nutrition and good health. This will definninetly be hard but I think I might be able to do it. I don't want to sound overly dramatic but I think you might have just saved my life. The rest or my family is trying to lose weight. Do you think I need to buy my own groceries if everything they are buying is low cal? And you said I need to consume 2500 cal as a end goal. By how much should I try to increase daily. |

Raw veggies(bell pepper, cucumber, cauliflower) w/ Light honey mustard 94% fat free popcorn Weight control cinnamon oatmeal Multigrain cheerios Kashi honey almond flax granola bars Dried fruit Grapes Apples Grapefruit Clemintines/Tangerines SALAD sweet potatoes Stirfry Light hummus Bananas |
