Starting weight: 137 Height 5'4" (Body Fat percentage: 37%) Goal Weight: 127 and Reduce Body Fat by 2 percent. Method:30-45 min. of cardio 5 days of week and 3 days of strength training; avoid processed food, reduce alcohol intake on weekends, eat more fruits and veggies and less processed carbs. Limit myself to one treat each week. |

wow. It looks like we already have a great group forming here. Don't forget. First weigh in his this Friday, Nov. 14. Post whatever info you need to reach your goal. For some people that may be weight, others might be concerned with body fat percentage or inches, so you can post that as well. Then, state your goal. For a little motivation, I came across some good articles. My trainer told me something the other day that boggled my mind. He said if i wanted to burn fat to actually slow down when doing my cardio routine. What?!?!
