i was just wondering how to fit this in to my daily calories since beer doesn't really have much nutrition (as far as i know) but it has lots of calories
edit: sorry, i just realized this is probably not the best place to ask this question. didn't mean to go so off topic, feel free to delete my post Edited Nov 03 2008 03:42 by iae |

hm thanks, that actually helps i'd say i'm probably low activity on some days and moderate-high activity on some days (depends if i go out or just sit at home all day haha) i'll try raising it to 2200ish, but i'm having trouble with just 1900, so i think i'm going to keep doing 1900 for a few more days and if i don't gain the weight back i'll raise it again. |

i'm calorie counting because i used to have an eating disorder, but i've been eating normally & a healthy weight for almost a year but recently i started restricting and then as a result eating a lot the next day and i was just confused about how much i SHOULD be eating since it seems like i eat so much more than most of my friends
anyway, i'm not exactly 5'4 i'm more like 5'3.85 but i just round it up lol, and i've always been naturally thin, trust me my BMI has gone up MANY points since when i was put in rehab a year ago. but yeah i think my weight right now is a good weight for me because i'm petite anyway (short, small-ish chest, etc) and if i eat when i am hungry i end up eating 1400-1700 calories a day. and no i haven't lost my period, hair loss and all those other anorexia symptoms are long gone for me but since this site i've started eatng closer to 1900 a day, seems like i've lost a little bit of weight since doing so but i really wouldn't mind if i gained a little weight, just not 10-12 pounds because for me/my body type that's not natural, i would have to over eat a LOT for a long time for that to happen |

i hate clean-cut guys. seems weird, but i like grimy guys...i mean their "area" has to be clean of course but i don't care if they shower every day and if they wear hair gel or spend more time on their appearances than me, that is a complete turn-off. and i want someone who's down to earth and not all romantic and stuff, i'd way rather just chill outside or get drunk or something than go out for a fancy dinner n stuff...i mean romantic is good sometimes but not all the time for me. and this isn't really a set rule but i usually don't date guys that don't drink and/or smoke weed...not because i don't like people who dn't drink or smoke but because i do a LOT so it would just not work out. also i feel like i relate to those kinds of people more. another turn off is coke heads. and guys with like flippy emo hair. ok sorry i rambled lol |

| The Lounge | Anorexic woman used in ad...what do you think? (WARNING:GRAPHIC!) | Nov 02 2008 00:00 (UTC) |

well, when i look at it i think it's gross.
being a recovered anorexic (been a healthy weight & eating normally for almost year now) when i WAS anorexic i wouldn't have really wanted to look like that, because clearly the ad is trying to make her look ugly with the face, etc. but it wouldn't have helped me either. there are plenty of other photos of models who are that skinny that i looked at anyways lol.
but yeah when i was that sick, no ad no matter how good it was could make me change my mind about starving myself.
but it does help now, because it makes me not want to go back to looking gross like that. |

| Young Calorie Counters | Dang you halloween | Nov 01 2008 21:49 (UTC) |

oh god, so where i am not only do you get free candy on halloween but it's also free burrito day at chipotle! first i got wasted off of beer, it was light beer but i'm still guessing it was 800-900 calories worth, then i got a free burrito which is like 900 calories, and then ate like 500 calories worth of candy not to mention breakfast earlier that day
i hadn't been eating much the past couple days though cause i was sick so hopefully that was enough to gain back whatever i had lost but not so much that i gained from it! (i'm trying to mantain) |

the only solution i can think of is sit-ups might help you lose some belly fat
however it's mostly just your body type, i have a similar body type where i have really skinny arms, etc but i have a round belly. personally i like it, guys have told me it's sexy and even though it's not "ideal" t's your body so no matter how skinny you are you'll always have a bit of a belly
think about it this way, its better than having a flat belly and fat everywhere else! lol |
