Hi there. I'm at 151 this week - no change.

I'm a NAY for the new group. I just don't think I'm keeping up my end and don't want you to exclude someone else on my  behalf.

Thanks for all the encouragement. And good luck in 2009!

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a nice holiday.

Thanksgiving did a number on me - I'm up to 151. Boo! Hoping to balance out and get on a good routine again before Xmas.

A day late, but my weigh in for the week is 149. I seem t be hovering around that same 148-150 mark each week. If I could push myself to get in regular work-outs, I know I would have better results.

Hope everyone is having a good week!

I can't speak for everyone else, but I'm very frustrated with myself and that's why I don't post very often. If I had something to be excited about (loss of weight, successfully getting to the gym, etc.) then I'd be more likely to post but I'm tired of my lack of will power and angry at myself for not pushing harder. Just can't get out of my own way and establish a routine. My weight has been roughly flat, which isn't terrible, but it's not what I was hoping for with this group. My eating habits are pretty decent, but it is the lack of gym attendance that is killing me.

It's my own fault and I feel that I'm not only letting myself down, but I'm letting the group down. Hopefully something will click with me soon that will push me to get back on the horse.

Hi there! I'm at 148 for this week. Yes!! And I feel good about the coming week - I have healthy food in the house, I don't have a lot of plans to eat out and I'm going to push myself to get to the gym at least 3 times between now and Saturday.

Thanks for the motivation guys! The holiday season is coming and I need to establish a routine before all the temptation arrives!

Hi there. This is my first post in a couple of weeks. I've sort of fallen off my weight loss plan lately Frown  so I need to get back my motivation. My weight for the week is 151, so  I'm pretty much the same, but I want to see that number go down!

Hope everyone is doing well!

My weight is 150. Up 1 lb from last week but not bad considering I've been lacking in the diet and exercise department lately.

Hi everyone.

My weigh-in for this week is 149! So happy to be below 150 and looking for more!  I've been sort of slacking on my calorie counting, but I'm motivated to be back into it again. Need to focus more on my gym attendance as well to boost my energy.

Goals for the month:  Gym at least 3x per week. More fresh veggies.

Weighing in at 151 this week. Not bad, considering I celebrated my birthday in style all weekend!

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Last week:  151.5

This week:  150!

Steady progress so I'm happy! My birthday is Friday though so I have a feeling I'm going to slip a little. :)

I'm doing okay eating - not perfect, but I'm happy with it. No soda, no sweets (except for sugar free stuff) and a good amount of fruit.

But I'm having trouble with my workout routine. I know I need to make the time and I typically enjoy going in the morning. But this week it has been tough to get up extra early and get out the door. I'm trying not to let it get me down and off my plan. But I need to find my motivation somewhere.

Any suggestions? What makes all of you push yourselves to get to the gym?

Last week:  153

This week:  151.5!

Happy with my 1.5 lb loss!  For me, eating has been going well, but I'm sporadic on my gym attendance. Need to get moving - literally!

I'm going to stick with the Monday weigh-ins. I find that if I weigh myself too often, I get focused on that instead of how I'm actually feeling.

Here's a tip:  Hershey's sugar free chocolate is a good substitute when you are craving a little bit of sweetness. Each little bar is only 33 cals and it tastes like the real thing! It really has helped me avoid "diet-busters" over the last couple of weeks!

Good luck this weekend, everyone! Keep up the motivation!

Sorry I'm late! My weight for the week is 153 (up from my original starting weight - that's what I get for using my home electronic scale last week vs. the one at the gym!) Hoping that next week will show me some positive results.

Hi there. So happy to have some support in this journey! I definitely need the accountability. Several years ago I was down to my goal weight because I had someone cheering me along each day. That person is no longer around so I need to find my motivation elsewhere!

Age: 28

My goal is to get back into my morning gym routine. It makes me feel stronger, gives me energy, and helps me eat better for the rest of the day.

Good luck everyone!
