| Just a question.. I wonder how many calories are in a whole tube of cookie dough? Hmm I think its a cute reward if its something you will really enjoy, but what about half a cup or a cup of it? Or maybe a cookie dough ice cream cone? So you could maybe work it into your limit for the day, or have a cheat day, but not go overboard? | |||

| Okay more info.. 21 years old.. 5'11 I have been a little overweight through my teen years I was around 160- 170. That gradually just changed to 140-150 I never tried to lose that weight. Around January I thought I should look into eating right. So I did.. the weight came off fast to 128-130 for the last couple of months. I guess I have been maintaining.. and thinking about exercise to tone. But I havent started that yet. I guess my boyfriend has reintroduced me to the foods mentioned before. He has been buying the items and making them for me. In moderation im sure its fine.. but there is no moderation here. I mean.. last night I slayed an entire pizza myself... among other things. Im not even hungry I just destroy the food. I think Im mostly bored when I do this also.. | |||

Everyone is right.. I just have to try and build some muscle mass and eat healthy.. And stand firm when Im almost forced foods I wouldnt normally eat. Thanks! |

| Hmm I got my throat hacked up in October, I was 20 then. It went badly I bled a lot, there were blood clots and vomit.. I was kept in the hospital for three days. They had to keep cauterizing my throat. It was horrid. Cold things are great.. but things with too much sugar seems to bother the wounds and sorta of hinder the healing.. along with sucking things.. like using a straw or on a popcicle.. Hmm warm teas felt soothing.. I guess I wasnt much help. But I feel for the Guy! | |||

| Im sure this sounds silly.. but what does cottage cheese taste like? I want to try it. But when I was a kid my cousin LOVED eating it and the look grossed me out.. I doubt I even tried it. I've just assumed for years that its gross.. hahah.. oh my. | |||

| I dont know I average 1300 per day, I dont do any activity at all. I was thinking I should try to to some activities to gain muscle mass. Even though the BMI says underweight, do you think there are exceptions? Because I am slender I guess.. but I have quite a belly and fluffy fat on me..Im not trying to lose weight.. I guess Im trying to shift fat to muscle.. without losing.. I'll start with the walking and toning up with pilates I suppose! | |||

| Thanks everyone! I guess I'll start with some walking, and I have this crazy carmen electra video, its pretty sassy. As well I have some Pilates tapes.. I used to do these few things.. for all of.. 3 days.. ahhha. I suppose I'll get some sort of routine down to stick with. What do you think about the BMI deal.. If I continue on with what Im doing.. but not building muscle mass, if I lose weight is that okay? I mean I guess its more about body fat percentage.. that I would be losing? Because Im still losing the standard 1 to 1.5 lbs a week. And Im staying with my 1100 to 1200 calorie intake. | |||
