I'm really trying to just find a simple recipe. For instance for Chili I just want something with beans, meat, tomato sauce, etc. I don't really want any 'unusual' ingredients. |

OK - I think I'll weigh in on Sunday. sigh I haven't weighed in about a month and have been on vacation so I know it's going to be bad. And can't remember the last time I logged my food. I REALLY need some accountability and no one I know is dieting. Most of them are overweight but just aren't dieting. I hope this group will give me motivation! Good luck everyone!

I have found a couple of groups on here but they always seem to just disappear as people drop out. I need something that I know is always going to be there. It's hard enough for me to stay with it without my 'support group' quitting. |

So if I only consume 1400 calories per day but the calories come from pizza, cokes, and cake then I will still lose weight because I burning more calories than I consume? |

Hello SB Experts - I would like to cut back on my carbs but I always get stuck on breakfast. I usually do oatmeal or cereal for breakfast (something low cal and that is quick and easy that I can make at work). What are some good breakfast items that are low carb and that are work day friendly?? |

This is a great post. Weekends are my downfall! But I got up this morning and was down .8 from yesterday so that's good. But then I went to my favorite restaurant and had a biscuit. More of a habit than anything. But tomorrow I will do oatmeal. And I will exercise this weekend as well. Got to change my weekend habits. |

I just bought the green tea pills with Hoodia this weekend. Today is my first day taking them and I definitely have more energy already. Not sure if it will help with weight loss but it's worth a shot. (It was only $7.) |

I have the same problem. If I eat a small meal and take them I still get sick. What I have to do is take my vitamin with my largest meal. Then I'm fine. I take One A Day (regualar) but when I took the One A Day Active I got really sick. Try taking it with your largest meal and see if it helps. |

I just noticed the same thing. I burned 100 cals by walking and my burn meter went from 1850 to 1870. I would have been better off by not working out at all. How do we know if this is even working properly? It doesn't seem right. |

I need to give up sugar as well but there are SO many foods with sugar in them. What is your strategy for eliminating sugar? Also, are you having any withdrawal symptoms? |

I actually used one of these while on my treadmill at home in the past and lost 25 lbs over a reasonable period of time. (Along with cutting calories) I wasn't dehydrated. It didn't cause any problems. I would use it again. Just makes you sweat and lose some excess water weight. |
