Dont you just love that. I got rid of all my fat cloths and when I have my moments of getting a little careless on what im eating, my thinner cloths getting snug slap me back into eating right.

I had mine taken out when I was around 19  many years ago lets say..lol Its wasnt bad at all I was scared too. No swelling, just a little bit of pain I also cant take pains meds, motrin worked well for me and was wide awake when it was done.

The psychologist should have told you this right off so that you felt comfortable opening up to her. Sit your mom down and tell her you need this for you, im sure your ED didnt happen over night and its not gonna go away over night. Give her time to calm down, as a mom we tend to ummm get a bit touchy with stuff like that when it comes to our children.

I have a polar T31 and I noticed this was happening as well. It seems like when the wrist band is arms length away for a period of time mine does this so i keep an eye on it and the booklet says to hold the wrist watch up to the chest strap. I also believe what crimson says, causes a problem when exercising our chest may cover up the chest strap causing there to not be a reading.

It wont add every calorie you burned because it already take in account for what you may have already burned according to what you have your activity level set at.

I bought a HRM and let me say that the calories I burnt was off from what it says on the activity log is much less! I would say like 25 to 35% less.

Im having the same problem and i have a HRM that shows the calories I have burned when workingout and i have checked to make sure all my info is put in right. It does get very frustrating bet you if i ate that 3500+ deficit I would gain that pound. Yell

What do you have your activity level set at in your settings? If you have it set at moderate I would maybe bump it down to light or so on to get your 500 deficit per day.

How much water are you drinking? I know you're male and need way more calories than a woman does but wow on the calories on the sandwiches. Im not sure what you but on them but I eat aunt millie light whole wheat 35 calories per slice. And hormel ham it doesnt contain soduim nitrate the serving is 4 slices 60 calories with mustard. And some day I put miracle whip light which i believe is only 25 calories per serving.

But anyways yeah the salt will make you feel blah it hides so really check your labels. I went to a birthday party a few weeks ago stayed within my calories but the salt in the food I ate made me feel like I was in a salt coma/hang over the next and I didnt even drink..lol

Welcome! You will love it here there is alot of wonderful and helpful people here. I have lost 70 lbs (5 stones) I want to lose another 25 lbs. You may fall off the wagon but pick yourself up and get right back on it. I have fallin off the darn thing several times..lol

I use egg beaters and I get morning star sausage (I was afraid to try it because it veggie meat but its yummy) You can add ham, onion etc and make omelettes with some toast (whole wheat of course)

You know I tried the low carb diet and this happened to me all the time. It is the worst feeling in the world. I went off that diet and went to watching what i ate counting my calories etc...And it all went away I believe it was low blood sugar.

I hope your doctor finds an answer for you.

Im with you on this one and Ive been at it for a while. I have notice when i work out really hard I gain like 2 lbs which i know is probably water but its still nice to see it on the scale. The scale is an evil evil thing sometimes. But keep at it because through all the frustration I have lost 69 lbs!

I got my scale at harbor freight (place that sells tools) I got it on sale for $6.97 reg price is 9.97. I love it cuz its compact and I can take it anywhere if need be.

I started HIIT this week compared to you all im not doing it close to where you all are but im starting out so I cant compare but im proud of my self. I start off walking for 5 minutes not sure of the speed because that part of my treadmill decided to not work but its a pretty fast walk and my heart rate goes up on my HRM then I run/jog for 30 (feel like I wanna pass out..lol) and recover for 90. I do that 6 times then at the end I do the fast walk again with weights in my hands. I think I got it right? I cant wait till im able to jog for the recovery!

They had no clue they said it could of been maybe an infection. Because they ran his blood for everything and done ultrasounds etc...They didnt treatment with anything just watched him and ran his blood 3 times a day for the 3 days he was in there and for the remainder of the time till they went back down to normal. But they did tell me to keep him away from Tylenol and mortin for a while. And the reason they admitted him was because his age and having the elevated liver enzyme's . he seems to be fine now *knock on wood*

Hang in there girl it does get very frustrating. I have been dieting my whole life it seems but kind of serious for the last 14 month (and have fell off the wagon a few times but got right back on it) I too started at 255 and has of Saturday I am down to 188. There are gonna be times you don't lose anything that week and times you lose 5 lbs. But keep your head up and something that really has helped me is doing cardio & weights 3 to 4 times a week. And remember to sent mini goals and reward yourself. Congrats on your weight loss Laughing
