I've found that being Philosophical and thinking about things too much only puts me in a depressed situation.....Therefore just accept what you did and do something else.

Do you think applesauce could be used as a functioning substitution for the oil?

That might be something really interesting to try! I am definitely going to do  some experimenting!! And also Lostwaveitb had some very very good alternatives to make it healthier!!

DId you put it in the recipe analyser! it is 779 calories!!! EEEEKK!!!

so did you try it? i would love to know how it turned out as i have all the ingredients on hand and am craving a chocolate treat ( i would make a few servings out of it)! Thanks!

No I have not tried it, but I've seen pictures and it like bubbles over the mug a lot so it does indeed make a few portions. I'm sure there are alternate ingredients to make it healthier, there is always a healthier option for everything..hm..i might do some research :D

Health & Support My eating problems are making me lose sleep! Jan 31 2009

For the longest time I have always had body issues, I always thought I was fat. A few summers ago I decided to ''diet" which basically meant starve myself. Although I had no knowledge of nutrition and counting calories and such so it wasn't really when my ''eating disorder" started. I lost about 15 pounds that summer and kept it off all year, but that wasn't good enough. The next summer I became totally health conscious and barely ate and excercised everything off and I got really thin. I also ended up losing my period and I was sick and cold all the time and that school year was never able to get over my new weird eating habits. I stilll tried to eat as little as possible. Eventually when I tried eating my old foods again, I developed Binge Eating disorder and it was completely awful. It ruined everything for me. I was so ashamed and I went through months and months with this problem. I'd eat and eat and eat for weeks at a time and then I'd starve to try to lose the weight. I'm so ashamed, it is hard not to binge. There are so many reasons I do it but I can't pinpoint when and why it happens. My food issues have made me so depressed and made my lifelong problems with anxiety even worse. It's a daily struggle for me. I have always been big, I'm 5'11'', but it'a like people have to tiptoe around me or I get offended and become more self-concious. I hate dealing with this and being so young..I feel like i'm wasting my life away.

My mom knows  have eating problems but she never thought it was bad enough to get help. We can't afford it anyways and I don't really want it. I can't imagine not being like this anymore. I hate it but it's me know.
