I'm definately the same way. I really hate people watching me work out,  which is why i work out in 5:30am and late at night round 9.

Wow, congrats on losing what you have already and wanting to join the Navy!!! :) you've got a great routine going on!

I've been on and off dieting for about 2 years, and I've lost a lot of weight, gained it back, and attempting to lose it again! So, good luck on losing the weight, i'll be a buddy if you want, I can at least give you a word of advice, or just someone to talk to :)

I agree with some of the people who said to not sweat it. In the long run, it wont hurt you unless you do it over and over again without excersizing. (sp?) Even biking an hour at a slow pace has to burn at least 200-300 calories, or walking like lisajb74 said.

And, just eat sensible for the rest of the day like the others said :) Its very important to not skip meals!!!!

I guess my piece of advice is to just let it go. Yeah, it makes you feel bad that you did it, but most likely your body needed it. So, that should be a positive. The food you ate should give you some energy, so you could try excersizing to get rid of some calories, if you really wanted to.

Everyone has days like this :)

Yeah, it sounds the same to me, too. :/ And I wish he didn't feel the need to go, but I understand it. And about reconnecting, you're right about this too. But once you love someone more than anything, it's hard to go willingly to a place you know might end up breaking the two of you up! But I do understand where you're coming from, and I'll keep that in mind also :)

And yeah, you're right, thank you :) I will try to keep in mind and heart what you said, because he's the most important to me in the entire world. I believe what you said is true, and It's just hard to work through the pain.

I'm no cook, so i wouldn't know how this would taste - i'm just thinking of alternitaves to use.

Use the flour,
Try Granulated splenda? If not, then add half real sugar, half splenda - to your taste.
Use the cocoa, I don't know an alternative.
For the egg, use egg beaters. I think 1/4 cup ~ 1 egg.
For milk, use skim. Or if you don't like milk, go for unsweetened soy milk.
Use the oil.
Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate, or not at all since it's optional.
and the rest is okay...

I don't know if this helps, but it's what I'd do. Laughing

favorite fruit: I like strawberries...but it's tied with cherries =]

favorite vegetable: A three way tie with Beets, Leeks, and Spinach.

favorite grain source: Honey Wheat Light Bread

favorite meat/meat alternative source: Filet Mingnon *however you spell it* or Tuna

favorite dairy product: Ice cream, or Yogurt.

favorite hot drink: Coffee. But I stopped drinking that due to all the calories X[

what do you add to your coffee?: A TON, usually a lot of splenda, TONS of creamer and some milk. sometimes my coffee was equal to about 300~500 Calories per one mug. ((That's why I don't drink it anymore))

do you eat breakfast every morning?: I try to.

what's your favorite thing to eat for breakfast?: 1 piece of toast, 1 serving of egg beaters scrambled, and some salsa.

what's your favorite thing to eat for lunch?: I usually don't eat lunch.

what's your favorite thing to eat for dinner?: Lean Cuisines or something like it.

CHUB RUB! I really hate that =[ Also, only wearing running pants and sports pants because I'm focused on losing weight; it would only be pointless to buy something I wont be able to fit in, in a few months.

Feeling like I shouldn't have a boyfriend, because of my weight. =/ but I do, and he loves me anyway (Thank god)

Feeling uncomfortable when I am with my thin friends having a good time, and here I am - the biger one - off to the side.

Looking in the mirror. =/ I do it everyday to keep myself in reality, but it really sucks sometimes!

sit-down restaurant- I LOVE Moe's. Then Red Lobster and Outback <3 Least...none.

thing to get at an icecream parlor- Coffee flavor..or Oreo...cookie dough..any!!!

salad dressing- None, never liked dressing.

fruit- I have a thing for strawberries <333

breakfast-IF I could have any breakfast at all - it would consist of 2 Waffles, syrup, whipped cream, with a side of 2 links of saussage and 2 bacon strips.

bread-Zuchinni. But lately it's honey wheat light.

veggie- Spinach!! and then beets.

cold drink-Crystal Bay Sparkling Water.

hot drink- Chai Tea!

cake- ANY? Mostly like, chocolate lover's cake.

soup-I definatley go for the clam chowder, or anything that LOOKS apatizing.

meat (if you aren't vegetarian)- Bacon, haha. Then Chicken.

cereal- Any? Captain crunch mixed with coco puffs. <3

chip- I like cheetos, especially the HOT ones.

fast food place- MICKY DEE'S! or taco hut.

sandwich-Tuna melt.

nut- anything chocolate covered. =D

spread-Honey.

type of food (ex. indian)- Mexican.

cookie- All of them? But usually the cookie with half choco and vanilla icing i found in a New York Bakery.

condiment- Ketchup. I use it at least every day O.o

candy- Reese's. MY FAVORITE CANDY <3 and some retro candy like the little sugar dots stuck on paper.

Swimming is always a great way to exercise, it works most all your muscles depending on what you're doing! I love to swim. I'm glad you have the confidence to go out to swim...cuz I sure don't. I think you're pretty great for deciding to lose weight with you having lumps and RA...that's really brave and noble!

What kinds of food do you eat when you're upset? When I'm upset, I go for the carbohydrates, like bread or pizza. I've eaten whole pizzas before, i'm sad to say. Its just an idea, but try switching out the food that you eat when your upset to healthy foods, (if they're not already). That worked for me for a little, then I started to binge on them, too. In a sense, binging on healthier foods is better for you, and doesn't give you as much guilt.

And you're right, every new day, is a new beginning. We just have to keep motivation, which is sometimes hard.

"people often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we reccomend it daily." Just a kinda weird quote of the day for me to pass to you =)

I'll be a buddy =] I'm 17 and about 160 lbs. Undecided I'm a big emotional eater too! After my mom got cancer, I gained a TON of weight back. I was about 130 then. So, this is my 4th day trying to lose weight, and so far so good =]

We can keep eachother motivated if you like! Cool I hope I can help as much as other people have helped me, so lemme know, okay?

I think I'm the same way...i like watching people eat it knowing 1) i can't afford it and 2) I feel better than them for not eating it.

I think that's a little twisted, but it's helped me stay motivated so far...lol

Some of that food looks really appealing, but some of it I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole with a spork on it...haha =)

Oh my gosh, I really hate it too ='[ I'm in a lot of stress right now too, and have been for awhile. I gained back two thirds of my weight that I lost last summer. My mom got diagnosed w/ breast cancer, my parent's 3rd separation, my father living out of his car doing insane hours at work just to keep us afloat. That and SO much more really tore my motivation apart!
