I'm so envious with all this talk of exercising!  My life is so crazy-busy for the next 2 weeks that I'm lucky if I can squeeze walking to work in (that's 40 min.), but as soon as I get past this tough spot (Nov 22), I'll be workin' it!  The Wed weigh-ins is a great idea.  I'm 150 right now and working my way down.  For now it's just focus on keeping my eating in check mostly.

My understanding is that a lack of B vitamins causes your eyes to twitch.  It may indeed be caused by stress, since stress depletes B vits (caffeine also kills them).  You also tend to get it more when you're tired.  Try taking some B vitamins, or at least a good multi, and I bet it will go away.

Thanks for replying, miket53... yes, I'm really in awe of it... since starting, I feel like a switch in my head has turned on, and it's going to make it so easy to choose exactly what size I want my body to be and move slowly and healthily toward it.  It's a bit of work, especially with logging home-cooked meals (I don't eat much prepackaged food), but its fun and the rewards make it so totally worth it.  My only regret is that I didn't find something like this when I was 18 yrs old!  Better now than never though.

Hey, congrats on your 20 lb. weight loss!
