If you want just bare bones workout, check for a Fitness 19 in your area. They just have changing rooms, no showers, but I pay $15/month. The one I go to has everything I could want, just no extras like racquetball, basketball, swimming, tanning, etc. Just the treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, machines, and things like that. |

Count me in. 207# on Monday, but this morning I am at 204.5. I was down to 183 a year or so ago, but then partially tore my rotator cuff and had to go to rehab instead of working out during the days. I want back down to around 180#! |

Have you tried taking a cold shower before bed to lower your body temp or maybe some light reading or meditation to slow your mind down and unwind a bit? May or may not help, just tossing out ideas. |

What about finding some non-profit organizations that could use some expert advise? It would be a good way to fill your time and could help a worthy cause. It also could, if approved by your boss, put your company's name out in a good light in the community. |

Generally speaking, you lift heavy weight, low reps to build bulk and light weight, high reps to lean out. In other words, try using exercises for your lower body w/ a weight that you can do 25-30 reps at. Try 3-4 sets of each exercise. That would be my recommendation. Also, lots of walking/light running along with it. |
