Good Morning- I would love to join this group. I work out in the mornings during the week. I am usually at the Gym by 6am for weights and cardio. I find the morning the best time to workout. It gives me energy to start my day and leaves my evenings free for other obligations. Morning workout do sometimes have a downside though. I get ready for work at the gym so after my shower I went to get dressed and realized my shampoo had spilled all over my work clothes. Arghhhh. Luckily I live relatively close to the gym so I wasnt too late for work. |

HI Lindsay- Nice to meet you too. What a strange coincidence. I very ralrey meet anyone that shares my name, much less my age. Good for you for losing 78 pounds. That is so inspiring! I am currently struggling with the lifestyle change portion. I watch very carefully what I eat but I still slip. For instance, last night there was lemon sponge cake on the table and without even thinking I just started munching away at it. I am working towards trying to be more consious with my food decisions- total emotional eater!! Old habits die hard. Thanks so much for responding and I look forward to keeping in touch.

Drysol is amazing but it can be irratating-never ever ever use after shaving- OMG!! The new secret clinical stregnth is pretty good. Also, I found cutting out caffeine made a huge difference. |

| OMG Jenn, that is so fantastic. When I was little I had about 50 my little ponies. My Dad said he kept them and they are stored away. I?ve asked for them about 100 times and he has yet to produce. How did you get your hands on all those?? E-bay?? I would love to pick up a few. It just brings me back to my childhood. Thanks for sharing those pics. That is so awesome. | |||

| Hi guys-
I'm also super pressed for time right now and I am going to have to leave the game. I have talked to united about this and I will be sending our spreadsheets off to her for now. I'm sorry, it was fun but I just don't have the time to put in right now and I don't want my team to suffer with points cause I dont have time for the challenges. I'm still gonna check in and see how you guys are doin on the thread and in journals. I'm sure I will still need some of Laurie's good advice once in awhile and I'll wanna see whats up with Nicole job prospects. Also, now that I'm not playing the game I will officially be able to harass phonixcan about the Ottawa Senators. Wooohooo. TTYL |

| Goodmorning everybody-
I just want to do a roll call. We need to determine who is actually still playing the game. I havent received week 2 points from everyone as yet so I just want to see who is still around and playing even if the points are not done. Thinsky- I am soo glad you?re back. This challenge is a lot of fun and I think you will enjoy it. The best part is all the support and friendship from the team!!
Nicole& Laurie- I think youre right about writing it down too, there is something about seeing there that makes it seem like more of a commitment. I?m soo glad its working out well for you guys. Phoenixcan- I just finished challenge 2 today myself. I emailed United to let her know that you?d try and finish up by this weekend. Good luck and don?t stress yourself out over it. I found when I rushed through week 2, I didn?t really get the same benefit out of it?it just felt more like something I had to do instead of something I wanted to do, ya know. Take your time and enjoy it! |

It?s important to care for yourself they way you would care for a loved one. You would never make negative or hurtful remarks to someone you are about so why would you do that to yourself? Be good to you and allow yourself to be the most important person in your life. Don?t be too hard on yourself, understand weight loss or any goal is a process that you will learn from and like any learning process you will make mistakes but you need to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again. |

| Phoenixcan-Finish them up as you have time.....done yet? how bout' now?? and now?? Kidding take the weekend if you need it. I will let united know that I will update our team spreadsheet when I receive it. Any idea what the result of the hokey game was last night?? I've been in exsile all day (training for work) so I have no clue about the real world.
Laurie- I havent got a final totaly yet I havent received all the points...including mine, my computer crashed lastnight as I frantically tried to finsh week 2. I will check with United and see if the plan is to post all the team standings.....it would be interesting to see. |

| Hi Phoenixcan- Most of us have copied the challenge (which, I believe united emailed you a link to) into our journals and listed our answeres there. If you are not comfortable posting them where the team can view it feel free to write the answers down somewhere private. Once you have made it thorugh all the sections of the challenges...you tally your points on your sheet and email it to me. (My e-mail address is on my profile)
Your best bet is to check out our journals, you will see some challenges posted there and you'll be able to get a better idea of what to do. HOpefully most people have added you as a friend already. I will add you now. |

| Goodmorning everyone- Hope you all have a had a great weekend. I have finally finished up the week 1 challenge (wooohooo) now onto week 2. How's is eveyone else coming with the challenges?? Remeber to try and have them done for Wednesday of this week. Also we have been asked to appoint a scorekeeper. I have already been doing it for week one but would anyone like to take over control of keeping the team score?? All you have to do is tally the team points from theindividual submission on a spreadsheet. Please post if your interested. Xuraiya- I havent heard back from Gail yet. | I found it funny because Survivor has been plagued with accusations of being racist because the majority of players are white. As a solution to this they include other races but then divide them for the competition. It?s just ridiculous. As if tv isn?t bad enough?.they are taking a giant step backwards with this type of programming. And that?s my two cents! | |||

| If youre running a lot you should go to a proper running store. (I'm not sure if they have a running room in the States or not) They will evaluate your foot and recommend the best shoe for you based on your foot rotation. The shoes they reccommend may cost a bit more but if you are having pain you should definitley consider it. Saucony shoes are very good for running. Also, I agree with Geo, you will definitley need different shoes for tennis. |
