I have organic steal cut oats with raspberries blue berries and strawberries, cut up banana and a bit of real Quebec maple syrup with a glass of soy milk.

For snack I love apples sauce, or peach apple sauce.

Stir Fries are great for lunch, just throw in whatever veggies and protein you want. Add soy sauce or hot sauce.

Just because someone is the same height as you and is the size 12 or 10 you want to be doesn't mean that their weight will determine how much you should weigh to be that same size. Everyone has a different body type and gains and looses weight in different areas. Here we are talking about stomach fat, some people can have more weight in their arms and legs and be overweight with a smaller pant size.

You are better off to measure your waist line in centimeters, because it's more acurate than inches, and see how many centimeters the size you want is. Then work from there.

12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy? My migraines, They make me vomit for 12 hours and then I loose half a week of exercising because I get weak and depressed for a few days afterwards.


13. Weight/Fitness Goal? I want to have a lower body fat percentage and gain a bit of muscle every year for the rest of my life.
