I have to say, i love jello sugar free pudding, it is so awesome and there are so many flavors, then you can get creative. I like to add unsweetened cocoa powder or low fat cinnamon graham crackers. or just a little cinnamon over the top. I get real creative. Sometimes i will mix 1/2 a cup of milk, ice and a sugar free drink packet into a smoothy, and turns out real creamy, especially if you add a little of the jello sugar free fat free single serving pudding packets, even with real fruit instead of ice it ususally comes out under 100 cal. great late night snack. |

I get alot of the same things i hate it when someone is talking and i just can't even respond cause my mind doesn't seem to be moving fast enough. Or when i stand and almost fall back into the chair. I don't know what to do to correct this. I don't know if i am hypoglycemic but i am pretty anemic, so maybe have your doctor check for that. It is where your not getting enough oxygen in your blood out to your cells. Maybe that is causeing both our problems. |

| Foods | Skim milk - diet food? | Nov 18 2008 00:29 (UTC) |

It is all a matter of personal preferance. I have to say i love skim milk. i used to drink it like water, i have backed down now, but it is a great way to add creamyness to coffee without the calories, or to make smoothies and add some chocolate powder to it and heat it up and it is AMAZING. Why is everyone knocking splenda, i happen to like splenda. I pretty much have like 10 packets a day at least.

i agree, i get a little dizzy sometimes too, from standing up. The thing is though that i have read on like Web MD and stuff that most of the salt that raises blood pressure is from processed food, not the salt that we put on our food. So keep salting it up to add flavor and taste, but stay away from ramen noodles that provide like twice the amount of sodium we should have in a day in a single serving. That kind of processed stuff is really bad for you, plus ramen noodles are deep fried at the factory so they are pretty un healthy all around. Cheap, but a crappy source of fuel for your body. |

yeah i was under the care of a cardiologist for a while, i had palpatations where your heart beat gets so slow that it actually skips a rythm. but then your back up system kicks in or something. I think it was called bradycardia. I feel like i eat alot of salt already, i load it onto alot of food and have soy sauce all the time, rice and lettuce salads with soy sauce is one of my favorites, it worries me though because my mom and dad are on medication for high blood pressure. I am pretty fit and that is what the doctor seems to attest it to for me right now. Well i would rather be on this side of the spectrum than the other i guess! |

I don't know, about how to raise your blood pressure, but please let me know when you do. My heart rate is usually around 35 and my blood pressure like 80/60. I salt the heck out of everything then load on the ketchup. I don't know what else to do. I didn't think that all that salt is very good for me anyway, but i figure i will probably die of something else.

Okay i get these little tangent binges alot, but the kick that i am on right now is cream cheese and mixers... Cinnamon and Sugar and cream cheese on apples sugar, cream cheese and chocolate powder apple pie spice and cream cheese and sugar cream cheese and sugar. I put it on everything from bread to fruit to waffles to apples to anything. The chocolate cream cheese i will usually go for just plain even strait out of the container. It is freaking amazing!!! just add 2 tsp. of sugar for every table spoon of cream cheese and enjoy till you drop!!! |

No i kind of have a fat malabsorbtion issue i think, since i had my gall bladder removed, so i am hoping that the weight is going to stay off, but i have stabalized, and i hope to increase slowly from here. I want to do it all through extremely healthy eating and muscle building, not just carb loading and laziness. |

Yeah, i have made huge leaps in the last few weeks. I recently have restriceted my exercise to a specific routine each week, and have almost completely stopped counting calories, with the exception of some stressful days that i just go nuts, but otherwise i am getting better fast. So what brings you to CC? |
