I would go with starting the weight lifting routine. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think every pound of muscle you have burns an extra 35-50 calories a day so lifting could help greatly with the fat loss. |

I'll be travelling to Europe. I am hoping that we'll be walking a lot. Thanks for the other suggestions. I guess it is only 3 weeks and I was thinking about it and I'm pretty sure a lot of areas in Europe prepare food pretty healthy so that should help. |

Thanks for the information. I've been trying to up my calories the past few days. About the last part of my original post gi-jane, it's not that i starve myself because the salad i eat is very large and fills me up. It just doesn't give me the calories i need to gain weight. I was wondering if you knew how I could get over the fear of eating the calories I need. |
