I have this grilling thing I just put my meat in and it grills all the fatty juices out and it grills pretty fast too! The steak tastes the best from there. :)

Yeah as Jasmijn said. 

I see alot of that. And the natural skinnyness can be true. Even one of my friend's boyfriend tries to gain weight or muscle and eats anything but doesn't gain weight. Even if he did, he could easily get rid of it.

Helloo once again. xD

Breakfast- Flavoured oatmeal with honey,milk and squashed banana. and a few watermelon pieces. Yumm. :]

Snack- Apple

Lunch- Two slices of vegetarian meat with 2 slices wholemeal and seeds bread and some grapes.

Snack- Low fat mango flavoured yoghurt. Only 84 calories for 200ml. ;O

Dinner-  Lots of beans, spinach and some grilled turkey breast. And a glass of skim milk.

I think eating oatmeal every morning is good and its not that bad in calories or carbs. I eat oatmeal every morning, I love it. 

I eat skim milk and honey with it. 100ml of skim milk and 1/2 a teaspoon of honey.

Well.. I've had today:

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with skim milk and half a small banana.

Recess (Or snack):

Celery sticks with a bit of light spring onion dip and an Apple.

Lunch:

Wholegrain tuna sandwich.

Snack:

Three pineapple slices.

Dinner:

Baked Dory fish with vegies. Chocolate soymilk.

Haha,yeah they showed that show last year in ABC. Here in Australia. I'm not sure if it will be popular in America because it has some australian stuff in it. But yeah its really funny .

Aww, yeah. Lots of guys can stay skinnier than girls. In the streets I always see like a million skinny guys but lots of average weighted girls.

Same place you found out oreos slow your metabolism, maybe? :\ Like Sparkle said it's probably the white rice, coconut, ghee that goes into many curries... try these recipes:

Veggie Red Curry
Pea, Potato and Sweetcorn Curry
Mixed Vegetable & Chickpea Curry
Mushroom Curry with Rice

That said, I think the best diets are the ones where you have a bit of "junk" once in a while and simply moderate yourself, so you don't really miss anything.
