I know the feeling of getting burnt out with an excerise to the point I literally start dreading it. 

This may help you or may not but here it goes:

Switch up your routine every 2 weeks to keep it exciting and to keep your body on its toes.  For example.  Since you already jog, try adding like ankle weights, or carrying 2 can goods or filled water bottles in your hands or pockets.

When you walk the dog take along a fisbee or ball and play fetch or get him to chase you. 

When running don't run in a straight line try zig zagging.

Hello all.  I am a BIG Biggest Loser Fan.  Bee watching it every since Season 1.  I voted and voted often for Ed.  Heba still has the weight to lose and can become Biggest Loser which I dont want, LOL.  Ed yes he is still big, but Men usually dont go below 200lbs on the Biggest Loser Shows.  I hope it will be Michelle that wins.  i totally dislike Vicky, Heba, and Ed!!!

Thank you for all of your advice.  I will try to get my calorie intake up.  To answer some questions posted, yes i do excerise.  I am a mother of 3 kids....8yr daughhter, 6 yr old daughter, and an 8 month old boy.  I also volunteer up at my daughters school at least once a week, and then clean house everyday, and work out on a WiiFit 1-2 times a week. 

 

My daily eating:

Breakfast i eat either a bowl of cereal (3/4-1.5 cups cereal and 1-2 cups fat free milk) or eat an apple and banana.

Lunch is usually a lettuce tomato sandwich on white bread or 2 granola

Dinner varies between baked chicken with rice, tacos, or cheese quesidillas.

Snacks include fruit (apple, orange, or banana). popcorn, a cookie or two (low calories), or veggies (celery, carrots, or cucumbers)


my drinks are the generic Crystal Lite (peach tea, lemon tea, cherry limeade, or lemonade) which are 0 calories, a cherry coke zero which is 0 calories, crystal lite (fruit punch) 5 calories, and water.

 

That fills me up everyday, and sometimes I have to force myself to eat which I think is bad....but I am always opened to suggestions.

I eat anywhere from 900-1000 calories a day. 

Breakfast usually is about 160 calories (fat free milk and 1/2 cup cereal)

Lunch usually about 400 calories (lettuce tomato Sandwich)

Dinner is about 300 calories (baked chicken, biscuit, and a veggie/salad)

Snacks usually are 40-140 calories (fruit, veggie, and cheese platter or a few cookies, or granola bars)

I drink water, diet cokes, and sugar free 0 calories drink mixes all day which contains 0 calories in all of those.

i keep granola bars (90-170 calories), smart choice popcorn (100 calories), or those little snack packs from Nabisco that are 100 calories each.  You can get chocolate chip cookies, cheese nips, etc.

Well the holidays are coming up and now I am starting to worry a little bit.  Yesterday I had a look at how hard Thanksgiving tempations will be.  My youngest Daughter had a Thanksgiving feast at her school yesterday with pies and cookies.  I ate 1/2 piece of turkey breast, 1 dinner roll, and 3 cookies :(  

I was so upset with myself yesterday but I have to remember that if I dont allow myself some sweets then this diet ill never make it.  Anyone else having doubts for the holidays?

Hi my name is Heather.  I am a mother of 3 and a wife of 9 years.  My kids are Cassie 8 years old, Mae 6 years old, and Robert 7 months old.  When I got pregnant with Cassie I was put on bed rest because she would not stick to my uterus.  I ended up going from 135 to 247 lbs with that pregnancy and then 6 months later I found out i was pregnant again and only gained 10 lbs.  I started diets after diets but never stuck with them due to having no support and I would want to give and eat cookies and cake and let myself.  When I got pregnant this last time back in July I started losing weight.  I got down to 198lbs.  I told my husband that I would not hit that 200lb mark ever again.  Sure enough I never hit it.  I started losing weight with my pregnancy for some reason and was once again on bed rest a coupe of times.  The day I gave birth in April I weighed 196lbs.  My bestest friend ended up getting a WII and we decided that we wanted to start working out and try to lose weight.  We are trying to support each other.  I can only get over there twice a week due to girls school and baby.  However I do have a bowflex that I am trying to talk my husband into setting up for me so i can work out at least 3 times a week on it and then at least twice a week on the WII.  My friend and I watch the Biggest Loser every Tuesday night and love that show.  ell she was weighing herself every day and getting upset because sometimes it showed that she gained and not lost so we decided to just weigh ourselves every Thursday.  We re starting that this week. 

My goal is to go from 196lbs down to at least 135 lbs by the time summer gets here.  I want to wear a Bikini and actually look good in it.  I would also love to be able to buy a lingerie for my husband and not be embarassed to wear it in front of him.  I will not even get undressed in front of him unless it is completely dark. 

To make a longer story short, I will be glad to post every week my weight and thoughts, concerned, ideas, pointers, etc.

Or if you have kids let them draw the christmas cards themselves.  take a sheet of paper and fold it either in half or in quarters and let one kid draw on one side and another kid draw on another and you and hubby fill in middle.
