Hello ladies! I've been out of here for a few days due to frustrating myself because my treadmill suddenly stopped working. I hope the service center will be here by the next few days to fix it. I really need to work out right now and the idea of going to the gym is not really on my mind right now. I have only lost 3 lbs this week, that's very little I think. I hope to do way better this week. wish me luck. :) |

Hello! :) I'm here again, my body is all sore right now. haha. I still walk/run on the treadmill also with the incline and I did a few stretching too. I getting too conscious with what I eat, I mostly eat fruits and vegetables today. Is that a good thing? or Am I doing it the wrong way? I did not eat bread or rice. I ate oatmeal for breakfast. @ Liza - Thanks. I now decided to get on the scale every week. Because if I do it like everyday, i might think that the scale is tripping on me. hehe And I hope all the best for you and your daughter, I hope it will turn out for the best for all of you guys.

Hello Ladies! Just want to share that I'm feeling pretty good today. I exercise on the treadmill for like 30 minutes, mostly running and brisk walking and some stretching before and after. So yeah I feel good. I just want to share it here because honestly, you guys are the only one that I can tell these things to. I had the weirdest on my weighing scale, my weight for the past few days is 215lbs, but when I weighed myself today, its only 213lbs, is it possible or even believable that I lost like 2lbs in about a day or two? I'm utterly clueless. I don't know if I should buy a new weighing scale. Dani - You look really good on the new pic and I like your profile pic, you look pretty. |
