i eat about 3000cals at the minimum and get up to 5000 if i want to... dont worry i don't binge.. just on occasion with my family and we get real high but no regrets... ^^
i walk alot, i talk alot... i am quite a slob...
sometimes i have PE 45minute per week, dancing 40mins per week.
i am 5'2 and 96lbs...
the key is to eat what ever you want.. but not too much everytime... |

of course i do!!!! i want it like now!!! i want my period back!!! every morning i hope to wake up and see THE red stain on my bed... i want my life back!!! ow, i'm like totally restricted from my outing activities, sports ect... NOT by myself, but my dietition and nutritionist ><...
i don't really care about my weight. i just want my life to be enjoyable again!!! |

i am totally mental recovered. totally guilt-free eating... (my sis making MY ensure strawberry drink for herself) me: eh, mom said 3scoops in 1cup... 3 scoops... dad (at the back): it's okay for her to put less... me: she'd better!! that's my nutrition!!! dad: ...
that day, me: *putting MASSIVE peanut butter and chocolate cream on my bread* mom: you're putting so much peanut butter and nutella on your bread!!! my god... me: it's fattening~~ that's why... mom: *speechless lol* don't tell me this is for lunch?!!! me: nope... it's for FUN!!! and my mom was totally speechless...
recovering currently... don't you enjoy their reaction when these things happen lol... |

i went shopping with my mom and put everything i WANTED in the trolley... and nope, they are NOT just cucumbers and brocolli... they were M&Ms, Kinder BUenos, chocolates, snicker bars, ice cream, potato chip and u get the idea... i finished a whole packet of m&ms, i whole bar of snickers and a whole big bar of milk chocolate because i felt like eating them. i finished them... totally without guilt!!! it felt sooo good...i had 2 big slices of chocolate cake and 2icecream w/ cone for dessert after dinner... great accomplishment huh?? i know its not very healthy, but hey, i got over it!!!! |

when i was at my lowest weight (ED recovering yay!!^^) a schoolmate, whom i have no idea who she is, came up to me and asked if i ate... another time, another stranger grabbed me on my waist and ask people to look... some of the guys in my school said that lifting me would be easier that lifting dumbells><...
when i go for family reunions, they are like:"try some of these... or that... eat more eat more..." "what do you want to eat? i'll pack it for you now..." and i'm like what the hell... |

scrambled eggs with cheese melted in it... cheese cake with cocoa powder in it... protein powder mix with wheat grass flavour powder drink and add some old yogurt in it.. wonderfum texture n taste!
banana with peanut butter in oatmeal... peanut butter with cereals
peanut butter with raisins

my intake is 2800-3000calories... sometimes 3500calories.. i have breakfast, midmorning tea, lunch, afternoontea, dinner, supper and snacks... everymeal ends with cake or icecreams as desserts... yummy huh??? haha...
